Excellent stay. The staff was very attentive, I was always well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The food was wonderful. Nothing to complain about. I intend to return.

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

It's pretty unremarkable, and frankly, overhyped. I didn't find anything special about it; everything was just average. Unfortunately.

The resort is right on the seaside, the scenery is beautiful! ! ! ! Going downstairs you will see the endless sea. There are restaurants, swimming pools, seaside SPA and playgrounds downstairs, which is especially suitable for family outings! ! ! ! Highly recommended!

They left something to be desired at check-in time, I spent approximately more than 30 minutes in line waiting to be served, I arrived at the established time which was 2:00 pm and was only served around 2:35 pm, they need to put more staff to speed up the process.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

В отеле чистота идеальная. Завтрак хороший - фрукты и кофе. Пляж через дорогу. Можно купаться. Лежаков от отеля нет. Останавливались на 3 ночи, остались довольны.

The game room could improve in relation to sound, makes echo and consequently because it has a billiard table, the sound multiplies and discourages; without counting the small space that complicates the mobility of the use of the tacos, but has air conditioning, which promotes the welfare of the environment. The buffet always has wonderful meals, a variety of pleasant options for all kinds of palate, but in contrast, all juices are watered to the extreme level.
