酒店提供的住宿體驗非常舒適。客房佈局合理，床鋪柔軟舒適。衞生也很乾凈。
酒店員工的熱情周到讓我倍感温馨。前台的接待人員，都始終保持着微笑，對客人的需求有求必應，無微不至。離西湖景點非常近，酒店後面還有一條非常漂亮有特色的小街。很不錯的酒店 還會再來。

總體作為經濟舒適型的酒店還是很不錯的，雖然我剛剛從惠州艾美過來，在對比的落差下，店員和房間都還給了不錯的體驗，推薦帶孩子的入住親子房，孩子很喜歡滑梯🛝和小帳篷⛺
遺憾房間內的投影儀因為遙控器損壞無法使用；浴室如果乾濕分離就最好了，但這些都瑕不掩瑜！

酒店價格合理, 衛生滿意,熱水和水壓也足夠, 空調也易用和安靜, 隔音可接受。酒店附近有很多出名的食店, 步行至西湖只需3分鐘。衛生間的佈局較不方便, 有些房間的衛生間不能做到乾濕分離。總体滿意。
