It was a good stay. I think they need to change the carpet. The breakfast was great. Nice view and so much to do. Affordable drinks and food. There's a mall and clubs next to the hotel. Great family hotel.

The hotel has just changed owners and the room rates have dropped a lot recently. The carpets must have been recently replaced, but the popularity is really poor. This location is too awkward, too far from the beach, there is nothing to do in the town, and there are no tourists around. The convention and exhibition center next to it also looks like it has not been used for a long time. As a Wyndham Diamond member, I was upgraded to a suite. The lobby was deserted and had a slight smell. The room was fine and the facilities were quite clean. Due to the small number of people staying, the restaurant was not open much. The hotel swimming pools are closed. I'm worried about how this hotel will attract guests in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach, with new and complete facilities. The front desk is attentive, enthusiastic, and proficient in business. They answer all questions in detail and sincerely, and are very polite and warm. The experience of staying at the Ramada Xunliao Bay Hotel was a bit disappointing, mainly because the price/performance ratio was too low.
