GGuest UserCompletely exceeded my expectations! I'd seen some reviews saying the hotel was a bit old, but I booked it for the beach and amenities. I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived! Even though the location is a bit secluded, the hotel has everything you need: a pool, hot springs, a private beach, and great dining options. There were even bonfires and fireworks at night. We spent two full days at the hotel and didn't feel the need to go anywhere else – it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Although the hotel opened in 2015, the room facilities are still excellent. The room was incredibly spacious, perfect for a vacation. Highly recommend it!

GGuest UserIt was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time.
After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!!
The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻

Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were ..
Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining...
Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there.
There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring!
Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings...
I really hope one day I can go again!!
But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

GGuest UserThe service and environment here are excellent, and the hotel even has its own swimming pool and water park. The hotel butler was fantastic, recommending local attractions and great places to eat, and even lent us a bucket for seashell hunting. The location is also perfect, right near the beach, and you can take the hotel's speedboat to Shuangyu Island Beach. The cleanliness was impressive too; it definitely felt more professionally managed than a typical B&B. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast was a bit simple; it would be even better if it were more diverse.

GGuest UserLove it! I've been here many times and it's always comfortable. However, when it's busy, the dining service needs improvement. The Hakka restaurant is understaffed and the employees are overwhelmed. Also, the breakfast quality and variety could be replenished more efficiently. Despite that, it's still my only choice when I visit Xiaojingwan. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards.

LLinglingThe room was spacious and well-equipped. The pool was clean, and the lifeguard was very attentive. The staff were very responsible and responsive to all requests. Special shout-outs to Muzi at the front desk and Shen Xia at the restaurant – both were excellent. My only suggestion for improvement is the breakfast; it was the same every day and became a bit tiresome. I hope this can be improved. I'll definitely come back again!

GGuest UserLocation: The hotel is built right by the sea, just a 1-minute walk to the beach. It's about a 10-minute drive to nearby attractions and the food street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. I booked a high-floor sea-view room on the 31st floor, which was a shame because it rained, otherwise, I could have watched the sunset right from outside.
Service: Even though there were many people checking in at the front desk, the process was quick. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in and a gift after check-out. The butler was incredibly responsive on WeChat, providing prompt delivery of requested items. One night, around 11 PM, my child forgot to do homework, and the butler even delivered a pen. They also prepared a birthday cake for my family's birthday.
Facilities: The hotel features an outdoor hot spring, various swimming pools, and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, and the water park and family entertainment options ensured my family thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
Suggestion: The wooden door, having been exposed to sun and rain for a long time, is now broken. You need to push it hard to lock it. If possible, it would be good to replace it.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy, with very new and well-equipped facilities. The only minor issue is that it gets quite busy on weekends, especially the elevators and restaurants.
