EErica StrolenFamily getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

GGuest UserThe facilities are comprehensive, a bit old, but the overall feel is good. There are many hot springs, a pet park with lots of animals, and a large swimming pool. There's also an infinity pool on the beach with sea views. The hygiene is generally good, and the toiletries are L'Occitane. The service was good, except for the photographer assigned by the hotel for a complimentary photoshoot, who had a bad attitude. All the other staff provided service with a smile! There were also bonfires and fireworks at night. Overall, we had a great time and could easily spend a whole day at the hotel without needing to go out! 👍🏻 The private beach was the best part – the sand was very fine, it wasn't crowded, and we could play to our heart's content!

WWSLRIt was a very nice hidden hotel, nicely renovated. The pictures advertised on the rooms seem larger than it actually are but are still simple and comfortable. Booked for 3 nights stay, staff are very friendly. However, not the hotels fault, I had to leave on the 2nd night, I returned back to my room at 5pm and stayed in my room to relax, but guest next door left their energy on slot card on (their air-conditioning, lights, and shower fan would be on throughout while they are out) I couldn't relax as their shower fan was on and it was extremely loud as their shower room was connected next to mine. It went on for hours and hours, so I requested to change rooms around 7pm. And the young male said, that he couldn't help about the noise next door and I can't change rooms until tomorrow. I got so annoyed that I cancelled the remaining two 2 nights through trip.com. they must had a notification, and instantly changed me into another room. And it was nice for them to let me see the rooms before deciding. I wouldn't stay here again, as I am a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, this hotel is not sound proof, you can hear people walking up and down the stairs even if you are far away, you will be able to hear people's conversations when they return back to the hotel really late, especially if they stay above you, and their footsteps and laughs. I stayed on the 3rd floor, facing an abandoned building, which looked really spooky. The hotel comes with breakfast, only ate once, the auntie's attitude not very friendly and just hands over with a selection of breakfast in a tray which had: congee, sweet potato, boiled egg, etc.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfect for families with young children, even toddlers. The beach is right downstairs, so kids can play in the sand! My favorite part was the balcony – I loved lounging on the main sofa, listening to the waves, and enjoying some peaceful alone time. The service was excellent too; they thoughtfully provided a safety rail. We moved the sofa next to the rail to make it more stable. The front desk staff were lovely! Both the facilities and service were fantastic. My child had a wonderful time too – no wonder it's rated number one! Just a small suggestion: I hope the safety rail can be cleaned a bit more thoroughly next time. Also, providing some disposable toiletries in the room, even for a fee, would be appreciated. This hotel is completely kid-friendly and a great choice for a family getaway.

AAnonymous UserI had bookmarked this place two years ago, and it just so happened that my stay fell on my birthday. I specifically chose a hotel over a guesthouse, and it really lived up to expectations! The environment and cleanliness were excellent. Parking was super convenient with multiple underground levels of parking spots. I was very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast buffet; I took my time, watching the plants outside the window and spacing out for an hour. Even though I didn't eat much, listening to the music was so enjoyable. My parents went to the hot springs and said the water was very clean, but I didn't go in. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance! The front desk staff, both the ladies and the 'little dog' (presumably a male staff member, possibly a playful nickname), were very enthusiastic and helpful! The pool was also beautiful, but it was regular temperature, not heated, so I couldn't go in.

GGuest UserThe front desk service at Dusit Thani Wenzhou Shuangyue Bay is truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles from the staff. At the front desk, 'Muzi,' whose employee ID was visible, made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. She recommended popular photo spots and arranged for someone to help with our luggage. Later, when we went to dinner with our elderly parents and children on Children's Day, the restaurant was crowded and nearly full. We couldn't find a table for seven, but thankfully, a restaurant staff member named Zeng Peijuan helped us find a table and get seated. Throughout our meal, she provided attentive care, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant's dishes were diverse and flavorful, offering both authentic traditional cuisine and innovative new creations.

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful hotel for a family vacation! The hotel offers entertainment for every taste: several swimming pools, a water park, beautiful green grounds, a beach with clean sea, and for game lovers: chess rooms, billiards, table tennis, as well as a gym. And there's so much for kids: a children's playroom, arcade games, a cinema, a petting zoo where you can feed animals, various water slides, and a foam party. The dinners and breakfasts here are amazing, catering to all tastes! When we checked in, we were given a room that smelled damp. Lucy from the staff quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a room we chose ourselves – this was the only discomfort we experienced. She also helped us with dinner arrangements and assisted with the dry cleaning service. Angelina greeted us every day at dinner and breakfast, and helped us with any questions, which made our stay very comfortable. Also, upon check-in, they provide fruit, and upon check-out, they give toys, which is a very nice bonus. The room itself was bright and spacious; we had a high floor with a wonderful view, and we couldn't hear the neighbors. The only downside for those who prefer quiet is the fireworks. They are set off every day from dusk until midnight. We couldn't tell if it was the hotel or local residents, but it was a bit noisy. The hotel has many different restaurants, as well as cafes and bars. Overall, I recommend it!
