Huizhou Hotels with Breakfast

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

First off, we could check in at 2 PM, received a free room upgrade, and were allowed a late checkout until 2 PM – an amazing experience all around! Secondly, the hotel's beach offers great privacy; it's exclusively for guests, so you don't share it with outsiders, which feels very safe. You can leave your phone and room key anywhere without worry. Finally, I have to praise the small shop on the far right by the beach. The BBQ and beer are affordable, and it’s a VIP spot for watching fireworks! The hotel service is also excellent; they're very responsive to everything, and staff politely greet you wherever you go. I almost forgot to mention the small zoo – seeing all the white pigeons fly over for a peanut was quite a spectacle! Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the black swan I was hoping for this time. I’ll definitely be back to this hotel!

Big thanks to the restaurant staff! Even though there was a long queue for breakfast, the team did an excellent job managing the crowd and seating everyone efficiently. I really loved feeling right at home here! Plus, it's so close to West Lake, which is absolutely stunning. I'll definitely be back to stay again.

This time, I brought my grandma on a trip. I've been to Huizhou many times before and stayed at various hotels, both higher and lower class than this one in Shuangyue Bay, but this hotel had the best service. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff, was excellent. Since we stayed for two nights, the housekeeping auntie proactively came to clean, and she was very thorough. All in all, I was extremely satisfied.

Booked the rooms through Trip.com and Xiyou during a special offer. We had two rooms for 3 adults and 3 children, and both came with a complimentary dinner for two. Surprisingly, there was enough food for us to have two meals! Of course, that might be because our kids eat less, but it was amazing value for money! 👍 We just wanted to relax for two days, so we mostly enjoyed the hotel's water facilities. The outdoor pool was fantastic, but the indoor one got a bit cold when it rained. Besides the beach, there's also a great cycling path outdoors that leads directly to Shili Silver Beach! 👍

I had bookmarked this place two years ago, and it just so happened that my stay fell on my birthday. I specifically chose a hotel over a guesthouse, and it really lived up to expectations! The environment and cleanliness were excellent. Parking was super convenient with multiple underground levels of parking spots. I was very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast buffet; I took my time, watching the plants outside the window and spacing out for an hour. Even though I didn't eat much, listening to the music was so enjoyable. My parents went to the hot springs and said the water was very clean, but I didn't go in. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance! The front desk staff, both the ladies and the 'little dog' (presumably a male staff member, possibly a playful nickname), were very enthusiastic and helpful! The pool was also beautiful, but it was regular temperature, not heated, so I couldn't go in.

The hotel is huge and gets very crowded, but we never had to wait for a table at breakfast. Sylvia was really enthusiastic and upgraded me to a Supreme Family Suite with a full sea view, which I think just meant a higher floor. There are quite a few things to do here; we couldn't even get through all the facilities in one day.

Our butler, Xiao Yu, was excellent – warm, attentive, and provided great recommendations for local attractions. She offered honest advice and was always ready to answer any questions. I accidentally left a cherished piece of clothing behind at the hotel. When I explained how important it was to me, she was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help me locate it and have it shipped back. This level of service is truly rare and highly appreciated. The hotel itself was also very thoughtful; they even gave my child a farewell gift upon check-out, which was a lovely surprise. In the evenings, there are various activities on the beach behind the hotel. Sitting there and enjoying the sea breeze was incredibly relaxing and perfect for a weekend getaway.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy, with very new and well-equipped facilities. The only minor issue is that it gets quite busy on weekends, especially the elevators and restaurants.
