"We booked this hotel for its location which was very convenient for walking to Shuidong Street and the West Lake. There were many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The room was good for what we paid - large room, memory foam mattress, 2 armchairs, kettle, hairdryer, hot water with good pressure, slippers and toiletries. Wifi was strong!
There was a Chinese pharmacy downstairs that we consulted and the medicines they prescribed helped my husband get over his cough after 2 doses - I highly recommend it!
A couple of drawbacks - firstly, their heating was not working so we nearly gave up but luckily they had a small heater that they loaned us and it was sufficient. Secondly, the website said it was a non -smoking hotel but they said it was not. Again we were lucky to get a room that didn’t seem to smell of cigarette smoke."

"Because I had to run some business and it was far from the hotel, I stayed for another day. I communicated with the landlord and he said it was not possible and it could not be later than 12 o'clock. There was really nothing I could do. The toiletries were good, disposable face towels. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast. It was almost noon the next day, and I still hadn't finished my business. I asked the landlord to deliver the toiletries to my door. Overall, the experience was okay. The transportation here is convenient and it is close to the city government. There is a Walmart supermarket nearby and a China Resources Vanguard downstairs. During the experience, I still felt a little regretful. All hotels try to report good news instead of bad news. I hope I can stay again next time."

GGuest UserThe host was a very kind and courteous gentleman trying his best to accommodate us in ways possible for him because we don't speak Mandarin and he doesn't speak English. He helped set up the address for food delivery app as well since the app works in Mandarin. That way we were able to order food on *******. The location is excellent offering excellent views of the sea front. The condominium has a direct access to the beach and we had a good time. It was extremely cold out of the blue for just those 3-4 days of December since an additional cold wave was sweeping across southern China during our stay at that place. The heater component of one of the ACs was not as efficient as the second AC but overall it was a great experience. Besides this small issue we had a great time. He was helpful enough to provide us with additional quilts as a result. We needed an extension for check out. It came at a reasonable cost and as a result we had more time and very happy with his services as well since it gave us some flexibility to check-out and head back to our destination more leisurely.

Because I went to Xuanwu Mountain, I almost suspected my life because of the traffic jam. I once thought about giving up the Heim Hotel B&B... But, at the insistence of my sons, I decided to take the national highway to the Heim Hotel.
From the high speed, it takes close to 55 minutes to reach the hotel 🏨 Unknown experience, but because of many praises, I unswervingly chose Heim.
Due to a family of 5, I chose a family room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and three beds, which is very in line with our needs. The key price is also very affordable...
During the Spring Festival holiday, the price has not increased.
Secondly, the room is very comfortable, the bedding is very good, the room is not humid.

DDAVID PAULI was very impressed with the high quality room. It was new and had a feeling of five star luxury. The bedding the towels we're high quality. Also had a handy washing machine. The best part was the great sea view from my bed. I didn't want to leave. The people on the desk we're Also very helpful. And kindly gave me a late checkout. PPeggy FokI only have high praise for this quaint and tasteful B&B! I had to extend my stay for an extra two nights as it was everything I wanted and more. It is so nicely decorated and situated on the main path of the famous Huizhou West Lake where there are a row of vendors selling local snacks and souvenirs. I can’t even begin to express how beautiful and serene it was to wake up to this view and to admire the lake at night when all the temples light up and little boats with their red lights are cruising around. There is even a rooftop where I enjoyed a Corona as the sunset . Absolute dreamy. And only steps away are the LED lit up streets full of restaurants, coffee shops, whisky bar, etc. and the opposite path leads you to historical tourist spots. The owner was beyond amazing and helpful as I arrived during National Week so she had her staff pick my up on a moped, offered drinks for me, told me where to go and eat, ordered Starbucks coffee for me, and even helped me get medicine from the pharmacy. I highly recommend this B&B and will return for sure !

LLORENTCThis place is something special it's located on the 14th floor pretty big room about 80 plus square meters and in addition to the view going to the mountains and to the sea and addition to the view from bathroom as well from a bathtub is just gorgeous apart from that pretty standard hotel everything is on place and anything that you are need is provided. Good ratio you get for what you paid for. Breakfast is okay you can take it as well you can pick anything from a variety of seafood restaurants and places around.
View from the room mind boggling. Everything in the description for the hotel and the room itself is accurate so you got exactly what's written there. The location of the hotel is the prime spot. In order to get to this place you can either go by train to train station and from the train station you can take a taxi which will cost you around 50-70 RMB depending on the traffic or you can use a bus that will be a little bit longer but the price of that is going to be equal to less than 10 rmb. Going off season for a visit it feels almost like stealing the prices are absolutely affordable.

TTanIt is our first time traveling and visiting Huizhou. We really would like to stay in a sea-view room. and this apartment is the cheapest and budget-friendly one that offers the sea view that we are looking for. The room, it's bigger than what we expected, and the balcony is superb with an ocean view. The room is clean and the staff cleans the room every day and changes the towels and brings toiletries every day. There's wifi access in the room. The room has an electric kettle for coffee which is nice. There are barbeque and seafood restaurants around, and it's accessible to taxis and didi. The down part of our stay is the shoreline was restricted because it was under construction at that time, there's a designated part of the beach where you can stay and enjoy the water that is more than one km. from the apartment. The building itself and the community is quiet. Our whole stay is very relaxing and comfortable. The manager of the apartment is very accommodating and can talk and understand English. We highly recommend this hotel apartment. They are foreigner friendly stay.

First, the beds were really hard, not confortable at all to sleep. Secondly, we had to build up our own curtain since the ones in the apartment are not good enough to cover up the lights from outside (the sun brightness is uncomfortable), so be prepare to wake up at sun will.
Not enough utensils to cook and the ones available were not at its best hygiene.
Also, we believe the balcony should have more safety protection (do not recommend if you have kids).
Last but not least, the AC’s are not cool enough (in our opinion), taking into consideration that the weather temperatures are high and it’s a humid area.
Other than these, the apartment it’s in a great location, right in front of the sea, very beautiful view. Would stay again? Don’t think so, but for the price it’s ok.

The lady running the register was extremely patient with me. The hospitality was very nice! I definitely appreciated them still being open when I arrived late at night, around 10:00PM.
The room was very big! The beds were nice for me as I like hard beds over soft beds. Shower worked great! AC worked well and there were plenty of power outlets for me to use. Much easier spending the night here than in the more expensive quarantine hotels I stayed in for the past 3 weeks.
I definitely would like to come back here and say hello to the people here, especially to have a conversation since my mandarin wasn't the best. But, next time my mandarin will be much better.
