A great location by the ocean, great facilities, loved the swimming pool, super friendly staff however the western restaurant (outside of buffet hours) is super slow, and unprofessional service. The sea is not for swimming.

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. I booked room overlooking lake but did not receive. Buffet dinner was very poor - a lot of dishes were poor - we sat down at 20:00, 1 hour before finish. Tried to get service at outside bar but barman just ignored!!
