The duplex room I booked has a relatively large space, but it is located on the 6th floor, and the room facilities are a bit limited. For example, there is no desk on the first floor, which not only makes it look empty but also inconvenient to use. The breakfast variety is OK, but the taste is poor. The kitchen chef is not good enough.

The check-in experience was very good, the service was very good, the owner recommended lawn entertainment during the day, and soaking in natural hot springs at night. It's really comfortable to take a walk in such an air environment😌

First of all, the hotel is built on the mountain at the end of Xiaojingwan Beach. It is much quieter than other hotels and apartments, but it is not remote. It takes only5-10 minutes to walk from the side door to the beach and to the food street square next to the Le Méridien Hua. The surrounding environment of the hotel is also very beautiful. It can be said to be quiet in the middle of noisy; The public-level price of the holiday enjoys the facilities and services of the star-rated hotel, fully feeling the atmosphere and quality of China Resources Group, whether the hardware facilities or services are five-star level, indoor swimming pools, badminton halls, libraries and other facilities are all available. The hotel is full of college and college style, and it is very pleasant to take the children to walk in the yard without doing anything. The buffet breakfast is also very rich, and I have lived in so many hotels for the first time. People who like quiet and lively can be satisfied in this hotel and the surrounding area. They will share it with relatives and friends immediately when they go home. Next time they have time, they must book two more nights for a good leisure vacation for a few days. I really like it!

The room is big but the hotel looks a bit old. The front desk service is excellent. A big plus is the free laundry service. Just put the dirty clothes in the rotten basket and it gets done the next day. They also offer free pick up or return to HSR station. Breakfast is good. The Hakka II (客二代）restaurant near the hotel (recommended by the front desk) offers excellent Hakka food.

Service: There is a butler service. The butler Xiaoqiu is very enthusiastic. If you have any problems, you can send WeChat to the butler and he will help you deal with them. Environment: The room environment is very good. The room has its own hot spring bath, which is private and hygienic. The air in the manor is also very good. It is worth coming again. Facilities: In addition to the hot spring bath in the room, the manor also has a public hot spring bath. We went there after afternoon tea in the afternoon. There were not many people. There were also ginger tea and tangerine peel water for people to replenish water. Afternoon tea set: Free afternoon tea is provided. You can go to the hot spring after eating just enough. Mini bar: The mini bar in the room is free and has a bottle of Coke, Sprite and Fanta. The dinner in the restaurant is also good. The kiln chicken ordered in the evening is also delicious.

My brother's first hike with the whole family, the front desk service is very good, according to our preferences arranged the top floor, the environment is also very good, a large oxygen bar, the surrounding is also very convenient, the bicycle service around the lake is very considerate, we also rode a circle after the hike, tired like a dog, the hotel also specially prepared free bottled water and fruit for the hike, the service is really in place, in short, it was a very happy trip, next time will choose

Very nice location just on the beach. The hotel staff , specially Camilla , was very hospitable and friendly. We had been there for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were given a room upgrade with room decoration and cake . All free of cost. Thank you Camilla for managing our trip in such a memorable way. All staff were very polite and helpful. They could speak in English . I would definitely recommend this hotel with a Five star rating. We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Le Meridian.

Our room was clean and well equipped. Hotel is linked to a huge mall. We would like to especially thank Becky Wang at the Front Desk for her expert help and organization.  The cleaning lady on the 55th floor was also very friendly. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Pullman Kaisa.
