Very good value private little villa with its own hot spring and a nice garden. We chose the 89 square meter one (茶道 · Tea ) and it turned out to be a great choice —- having breakfast delivered every morning to the garden and dining there was a highlight of the stay. Although the Intercontinental next door has shut down, we still walked around the lanes in the broader resort, and the trees, birds, flowers and architecture scene was all pleasant. I personally enjoyed jogging around the golf courts a lot. Amazing air quality and scenic view. Food wise — The restaurant at the hotel is simple but has a solidly comprehensive menu. Our concierge (管家 小丘) helped us order a Hakka kiln chicken delivered to the resto which I think is a must try. Enjoyed the Tofu dishes —- also a Hakka cuisine specially. The afternoon tea and desert soup everyday inclusive in the package nicely complements the primary activity — bathing in the private hot spring there. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would like to visit again at some point ! With high speed railway from Hong Kong, it’s so convenient to get here for the good value in hui Zhou.

A very satisfying stay. My friend came here during the Dragon Boat Festival. I highly recommend it. [Strong] First of all, the building is very distinctive. It is a Hakka walled house. It is simple and elegant outside and modern and smart inside. My husband, I and my baby. The housekeeper had sent us the navigation route before we set off. When we arrived at the parking lot, we drove a battery car to wait for reception. There was also delicious hawthorn leaf water for check-in (I asked for some before leaving, mainly because Xiaobao likes it very much). Just sit down in the room. The room had already prepared fruits for us, bed guards on the bed (I don’t worry about Xiaobao turning around and falling when sleeping at night, super considerate), smart toilet 🚽, smart curtains, and fruits for check-in. I took Xiaobao to experience their handicraft workshop. The little brother kept playing with Xiaobao, and her father and I were free! I sat comfortably for an afternoon drinking their hand-ground coffee [snickering] In the evening, we ordered kiln chicken and barbecue, which was very satisfying [color] The kiln chicken has a special flavor, the kind of taste roasted with firewood, and sweet potatoes are also given. The breakfast in the restaurant is very rich, and there is also my favorite salad, and even coffee is free [grin] Overall, this is a completely pit-free experience. This is the first time I have encountered an accommodation with VIP. This can be a plus.

I suddenly wanted to soak in the hot springs in winter. I searched in Trip.com and was attracted by Huilin Valley. I booked a room without hesitation. The service staff contacted soon and built a butler service group. I enjoyed a lot of warm tips before I set off. ^_^ This hot spring trip was generally very satisfactory. The villas are very new and the decoration is exquisite, especially the lobby, and there is a small book bar. The outdoor environment is very good, the big lawn, the green grass, and the small plank road suitable for running up the mountain, the children have a great time. The room is also very neat, the cups have disinfection cabinets, the coffee is also equipped with milk and sugar, the toilet is very clean and there is a disposable toilet pad. I am setting a terrace hot spring room on the top floor, the view of this hot spring pool is invincible! Not only is it very secretive, but also looks up to the blue sky, white clouds, green mountains and green waters. That's how it is. It is especially worth mentioning that all the staff at the hotel are very young, very kind, very good attitude, responsive, and very caring for the children. Before leaving, they also sent a farm banana hahaha! When the child left, he said bye and I will come back on vacation.

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

The hotel was a little hard to find, but it was worth it - so close to the beach on one side, and a street full of shops and different restaurants on the other. The service was superb and our questions were responded to quickly. The pool had an entrance fee (it's part of the apartment complex), and was a little cold to stay in for too long. I was impressed by the cleanliness, as so close to the beach guests must be returning with sand, but there wasn't a trace in the room when we arrived.
