The hotel is clean and beautiful, with convenient parking and complete facilities. Breakfast, afternoon tea, evening sweet soup, and takeout are all provided by the butler. The butler, Xiao Jia, is particularly helpful and always available. It was a very good experience, and I'll definitely stay here again.

First off, we could check in at 2 PM, received a free room upgrade, and were allowed a late checkout until 2 PM – an amazing experience all around! Secondly, the hotel's beach offers great privacy; it's exclusively for guests, so you don't share it with outsiders, which feels very safe. You can leave your phone and room key anywhere without worry. Finally, I have to praise the small shop on the far right by the beach. The BBQ and beer are affordable, and it’s a VIP spot for watching fireworks! The hotel service is also excellent; they're very responsive to everything, and staff politely greet you wherever you go. I almost forgot to mention the small zoo – seeing all the white pigeons fly over for a peanut was quite a spectacle! Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the black swan I was hoping for this time. I’ll definitely be back to this hotel!

This was my first time at the Wyndham Hot Springs, and my family had an amazing experience! I especially want to commend our wonderful concierge, Vava. From check-in to all our stay communications and finally check-out, she provided such thoughtful and attentive service. We booked a family room, and both adults and children were extremely satisfied. The room's facilities and the children's toys made us feel so welcome. The indoor and outdoor water parks for kids were fantastic, and the Little Yellow Duck theme was a cute touch – my child didn't want to leave! The food at the Chinese restaurant was also delicious. I highly recommend this place for families with both young children and seniors!

It's perfect for both taking photos and entertaining the kids, with a relaxed pace throughout the day. The rooms come with a private balcony hot spring, with 24-hour water supply, and the water is wonderfully warm and soothing. The children can play freely while I relax in the hot spring, unwinding from the week's fatigue. It's a win-win for both me and the kids. There are so many activities for the kids that they'll never get bored: a super-large indoor playground with a ball pit, climbing structures, nostalgic arcade games, and comfortable recliners, so weather is never an issue. Outdoors, there are go-karts, bumper cars, slides, a splash pad, a football field, a basketball court, and more, easily keeping the kids entertained all day long 😎 The resort is surrounded by dense forests, brimming with negative oxygen ions. In your free time, take a stroll along the forest stream path and immerse yourself in the fresh air. No need to venture far for meals; the hotel restaurant offers a rich variety of light dishes, perfectly suited for babies' dietary needs. Everything from accommodation to dining, play, and hot springs is available in one place, truly making it a stress-free experience for parents.

If you're going for hot springs, you really need to find a place nestled in the mountains like this. The resort is built into the hillside, offering a great environment and excellent water quality. These are genuine hot springs – you can soak for ages, and your hands won't even wrinkle. Dining is convenient too, with both Chinese and Western restaurants available within the hotel (Building 3 is close to the back exit if you want to explore the street, while Building 2 is nearer the hot springs). The hotel breakfast has a wide variety. I'll definitely be back. The hotel rooms are also very good and clean; I forgot to take pictures, but I'll do so next time.

We got a room on the 32nd floor with a stunning sea view 😊 The room was equipped with everything needed during our say, super clean and comfortable. The room is located in a complex with many kiosks and restaurants. Our host picked us up from the gate and shown and explained us everything we should know about, gave us useful information and advices. She was so kind, served us home made food ☺️I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay. The front desk and other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was well-ventilated and bright with plenty of natural light. My only minor suggestion would be that the selection of free movies on the TV was quite limited. Many hotels offer a wider range of shows and latest releases for VIP members. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied overall and would definitely return for another stay.
