The staff are very friendly and always there to help, food is very delicious, room is spacious and clean. Animation is superb. Highly recommended, will definitely come again 😊

Excellent hotel to spend your vacation. Food is great and with wide variety Drinks are great too Cleanliness is great Waterpark are awesome I loved it this place you would enjoy it Animation team are friendly, they do alot of events everyday and parties You won’t get bored Snacks are great for people who don’t get up early for breakfast.

The hotel is well located. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean. The exterior (swimming pools & seaside) are a big plus. On the other hand, the food is the minor point of this hotel.

The first impression was of course depressing when I saw the state of the rooms, but the cleanliness of the rooms, the service at the hotel, good swimming pools, responsive and polite staff, the food was generally top notch, all the minuses were compensated for. The room was cleaned every day, we had no problems with cleaning. The aquapark was sufficient and enjoyable for children. I would not recommend it if you want a seaside holiday. If you want a quiet place, I suggest you choose Somabay. We booked a room with direct access to the swimming pool. It is a great room type. There is a water slide outside. The slide is super fun.
