This hotel is not at all foreigner-friendly. Since I am vegetarian, I asked the restaurant to serve me something of my choice (which was included in my booking), but they refrained to do so, and even when I asked them to just give me salad, they charged me extra for that. I also asked if they could make me french fries, which is simple, but they didn't care and didn't provide me. The staff also guaranteed me to provide during breakfast, but the chef denied it. The food was not at all good. I booked it at the hotel so i don't have to go out in search of meal in different city but Not happy after paying so much.

The location of the hotel is good. It is in the Moon Bay Scenic Area. Please add the name of the street on the title of the hotel introduction. When we leave the high-speed rail station, we are forced to fill in the street we belong to. It is really embarrassing. Mr. Hong at the front desk of the hotel is very kind, and the service explanation is also very good. I got room 506, and I can see half of the Sheraton Hotel, but I can see the side of the Sheraton. The room has a disadvantage, that is, it is facing the elevated road, and the sound of cars coming and going is quite noisy. If you like quiet, it is better Choose the other side of the room. The hotel walks to Fisherman's Wharf for about 8 minutes. There are few people along the way and the scenery is good. It only costs 10 yuan to take a taxi to the ancient town of Taihu Lake. Because I had to take the high-speed rail at Huzhou Station on the last day of May Day, I chose to stay at Youyi Hotel, which is about a 20-minute walk from Moon Bay. I watched the night view and had dinner at Moon Bay at night. The hotel has only three floors. The hotel called in advance to upgrade the Xinyue King Room for free. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and small snacks and fruits were given as gifts. There were not many varieties of breakfast, but I saw the effort. The ingredients were very fresh and delicious. The freshly made beef noodles and wontons were also delicious, unlike some hotels that have many varieties but nothing to eat. The mineral water given by the hotel is also mountain spring water suitable for making tea. The rooms are all intelligent voice-controlled. If there is something you need, the robot will deliver it to the room. The children like the robot very much. I am very glad to choose Youyi Hotel, which makes the fatigue of the journey disappear. At the entrance of Fisherman's Wharf, across the street is the food street by the lake, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk to the toilet seat. It's quite quiet when there aren't many guests.

I must give this hotel and the butler team full marks! I felt the meticulous care from the moment I was picked up at the station - exquisite snacks were prepared in the car, which instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. When I checked in, I found that fresh fruits and afternoon tea snacks were thoughtfully placed in the refrigerator, and the details were full of care.
The most touching thing is the butler service: they will ask about drink preferences in advance in the exclusive group, and they will also send hot milk to help you sleep at night. I missed breakfast the next day, but I received a hearty brunch delivered to the room by the butler! Even dinner can be enjoyed in the room, and the dishes are amazing (especially recommended Anji tea-flavored meat, Thai pineapple pineapple meat, and wild vegetables), which are not inferior to high-end restaurants.
The mountaintop spring bath is the biggest highlight! Make an appointment every day to enjoy the natural hot spring privately, watch the clouds rolling in the morning bath, and watch the starry sky in the night bath, each time has its own artistic conception. The spring water is smooth and comfortable, and the butler will also prepare bath towels and snacks in advance.
From the snacks to the goodnight milk, from the customized catering to the hot spring experience, every aspect exceeded expectations. I have recommended it to all my friends and will definitely come back next time I go on vacation!

GGuest UserGood for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics.
The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool.
At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all.
The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there.
As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

LLisaMy experience at Naked Castle was spectacular. The staff were warm and friendly. Especially Johnson, who is the kindest host. He made sure that my trip went smoothly and welcomed me with sparkling hospitality. Nadia made my stay entertaining and pleasant as she included me in activities, gave an incredible tour of the castle, and her enthusiasm is an undeniable element to the experience of this resort.The facilities are immaculate, cleanliness and user satisfaction are top priority at Naked Castle and I will definitely be returning again soon in the near future.

GGuest UserI really like the decoration style of this B&B. It is simple, smart and stylish. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really like the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. You can see the beautiful mountain views. There is a dedicated parking lot just below the B&B. Many other B&Bs do not have dedicated parking spaces and can only park on the roadside. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot, very close to Yunshang Grassland and Zhuye Lieping Base. The hostess of the B&B carefully recommended the Jingkong Grand Canyon, where you can swim along the river for free. The service staff in the store are very attentive and hospitable to guests. They also provided free fruit and breakfast during the stay. They also thoughtfully gave us souvenirs when we left. We must take our family to travel to Anji again if we have the opportunity. The food at Liang Ge Yuzhuang Restaurant recommended by the B&B is really delicious. You must go to eat here.

FFulailaiIt can almost be considered the ceiling of Anji B&B. The price is not cheap, the environment and service are very good, and the pet-friendliness is also very good. Even though the hotel was fully booked on weekends, it was still very quiet overall, with no loud noises. The internet in the room is very good, but there is no small refrigerator. There are no additional drinks except water. If you want to drink, you have to buy it at the front desk. The afternoon tea was delicious, especially the chicken feet and tea eggs braised by my aunt. Dinner costs 150 per person, which is not cheap, but the taste and ingredients are very good, and the portion is large. I didn't finish every meal, and even packed some. The hot spring bubbles are very comfortable, but there is nothing particularly interesting around it. It is basically a state of relaxation in the room.

More importantly, the Chinese food and Western noodles here are very delicious. The french fries here are not powdered, they are freshly fried. Both rice and oil are branded. A lot of details, it shows its intentions. Travel is better than eating well, staying well, sleeping well, playing well, it seems that you can get it all. Come again in winter. By the way, I forgot to recommend it, the Oiran latte is top-notch.

GGuest UserWhat a coincidence! I stayed in Shangyu Pavilion. The original owner, Liu Zhu, was the elder brother of Liu Yong, the leader of the ”Four Elephants” of Nanxun. The environment here is simple and quiet in the bustling city. Across the river is Zhang Shiming's former residence. What impressed me most was the hot spring koi Garfield cat, the grinding table and the quiet courtyard. The service staff were very gentle and friendly. I really like it. All five-star reviews. I will come to Shangyu Pavilion next time~

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

GGuest UserI stayed in a family room with my child for two days. There were toothbrushes and small toilets for children. I really liked the children's bed in the room, as well as the climbing ladder and rocking horse. When I checked in, there was also a butler service. Our butler was Zhang Dengzhan, who was very nice. He gave two toys to the children, and they couldn't put them down and took them home. When we went to the scenic spot, the butler also helped to call a car and carry luggage. The service was great.
What I like most is their breakfast, which is rich and colorful, and there is food for young children. There is also a squirrel tribe next to the hotel. When I arrived on the first day, I was afraid that the children would be tired by car and didn't go to the scenic spot. I played in the squirrel tribe for an afternoon. There were little squirrels, little rabbits, peacocks, and slides for children to play, excavators, etc. The children had a lot of fun.
This time I went to Yunshang, the children had a lot of fun. They didn't complain about being tired after running all day, and kept saying that they wanted to play. The rest in the hotel was also great. In short, it was worth the money.
