"It's very close to Tanjung Aru Beach and also conveniently located near Durian Street. However, it doesn't seem to have its own private beach. The double bed we booked was just right for our family of two adults and two children, and the bed itself was very spacious. We had booked breakfast for two, and upon seating, we were guided to a table and needed to sign for the number of diners. Our two children, aged 6 and 11, were not charged for breakfast! The Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk also didn't charge us a deposit! That was fantastic! However, avoid the Japanese restaurant next to the main dining area – it's a complete rip-off! We spent over 400 for what was essentially pre-cooked teppanyaki."

The location is excellent – right by the waterfront with easy access to Suria Sabah Mall, local eateries, and Jesselton Point for island hopping. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for both short and long stays. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. I especially appreciated the rooftop pool area, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a nice view of the city and sea. Overall, this property is a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers who want convenience, comfort, and great service in Kota Kinabalu. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again."

"Everything is good. The infinity pool is not big but not crowded. I saw a clean pool but the water quality is not particularly clean, so it's okay. Although it is far from the city center, there are many restaurants around. There is a small shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. There is a Kolo Mee near this hotel. Compared with others, I think it is quite OK"

"Apartment is located right next to Imago Mall with a lot of food and retail outlets and along the Riverson Walk. Apartment is super clean and beds have thick mattress and are super comfortable. Apartment balcony has a stunning sunset view overseeing the Sutera Golf course. The host was very responsive to my family's requests including providing baby cot in the middle of night. Wonderful experience and will come back again."

"Upon booking, the hotel sends an email with instructions to add them on WeChat. Once connected, they create a group chat where the owner proactively shares an incredible amount of useful information. This includes check-in procedures, tips for getting a taxi from the airport, weather updates, local tourism recommendations, currency exchange advice, instructions for in-room appliances, and even schedules for night markets or local festivals. They are also incredibly responsive, answering any questions immediately. The service attitude is genuinely excellent, which is a huge plus. Getting from the airport to the hotel: a Grab ride costs 10.2 MYR (cash payment) and takes about 15-20 minutes. Upon arrival, we found the room very clean. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the island hopping pier. The islands themselves are close by, making it perfectly feasible to book a tour on the same day. We simply checked the weather each morning; if it was good, we'd head to the pier before 9:30 AM and sign up on the spot. Island hopping prices are: 35 MYR for one island, 45 MYR for two, and 55 MYR for three. There's an additional 20 MYR per person 'island entry fee' paid directly on the islands – remember to keep all your tickets as they're checked at subsequent islands. Food is also available on the islands for an extra cost. The islands are beautiful and very clean, but drone flying is prohibited. Downstairs from the hotel, you'll find plenty of Chinese restaurants. On the P1 level, there's a massage parlor with a good ambiance. They also add you on WeChat. The prices are a bit on the higher side, mainly because the masseuse I had on my second visit was truly subpar; she wasn't even wearing a uniform. My advice is to clearly communicate exactly where you want the massage, otherwise, she might just randomly knead wherever. The hotel is quite close to both the Pink Mosque and the Floating Mosque, and taking a Grab taxi for these trips is both convenient and affordable. Sabah is a good place for a 2-day visit, after which you can easily fly to Brunei – it's visa-free and only a quick 20-minute flight away."

"This is the best place and which I was... here is perfectly all, location close to the sea, high floor and view from the window, there is a large balcony, air conditioning, TV, fan (there is even a diffuse), tug, room is very spacious, a great comfortable bed and the most comfortable pillows in my life!! I advise everyone to come here if you are in the cat kinabala. There is also a wonderful swimming pool and a ”looking area” on the roof, from the window and from the roof you can see how planes are landing. Maybe the only minus is the lack of a number of grocery stores, I have to go 10 minutes. also pleased the connection with the host, quickly replied to me when I couldn't handle the stove and washing machine, etc."

"Nice hotel near the beach and airport. The room has great space and nice view to the sea and airport. Auto parking available and in a quiet location but convenient to go to beach and town. The hotel rooftop pool and deck has a nice to the sea. You can watch the landing and takeoff of the planes too. The sound from the plane is bearable but the sound insulation can be better especially from the walkway when people walking, chatting and banging door. The amenities and cleanliness can be improved. Used bathrobes was left in the cabinet and new bathrobe was not provided. The housekeeping staff clearly omitted on this."

"It's only a five-minute walk to the pier. With plenty of convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient. I'd definitely stay here again."
