"We stayed as a family of three with our 11-year-old child. The two 1.35m beds were perfectly adequate for us. The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient taxi access. Just a short stroll away, you can find Da Jia Lai (a famous seafood restaurant) and Durian Fresh. The area behind the hotel is great for a walk and photos, with many boats visible on the water. There's also a market nearby. Gaya Street is about a 15-minute walk away. Overall, we had a very positive experience. They have Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which made the experience even better and the service excellent. We tried the buffet dinner once; it was decent, offering a good selection of dishes like lamb chops, salmon, scallops, oysters, grilled tiger prawns, and various desserts, all enjoyed with a nice view. The fantastic 8th-floor pool is perfect for kids."

"I was initially assigned to a room with a faulty air conditioner and a door lock issue. After informing the front desk, Audrey promptly offered us a room change, which we were satisfied with. Great sea view indeed. The location is excellent — right in front of the Pasar Besar Kota Kinabalu and within walking distance to the Filipino Market and Centrepoint. Tips: 1. if you wanna buy good pepper products, just cross the road and buy from pasar besar KK 2. If you keen to have the yellow wine (黄酒）stir fried tuaran mee , just exit from Citadines side entrance and walk about 150m , there’s a shop called 1978 , the have the best laksa and tuaran mee"

"How to check in: When you enter the first floor, there are mailboxes-> Find the mailbox number you received a message for in advance, enter the PIN number, and turn it to open-> Take the key key and put it on the elevator card key, press the floor number, and check in I read a review that said there were bugs and the room condition was very bad, so I prepared myself mentally and visited, but I was so, so satisfied There were two king-sized beds in two rooms, and one bathroom was in the room and one was next to the front door The ocean view was pretty because it had a large window, and the construction site was visible, but it was okay ㅎㅎ The dining table was also large, and there was a washing machine and detergent provided👍🏻 There was only one dryer, but it was very windy + There was a full-length mirror and a large refrigerator The downside is that the bathroom drain smelled like water, so it smelled musty ㅜ A shower filter is a must!! The filter got black in one day ㅠㅠ We stayed for two days, and there were only four large towels for four people, so we used them after drying and washing them ㅠ ℹ️ No bugs and cleanliness Each room is spacious, and there is a large dining table in the living room, so it is good for couples to stay together And there was a convenience store on the first floor, which was the best🫶🏻✨ After checking out, I lost my ring, so I asked if I could go and look for it while cleaning, and they kindly said it was possible, and the host said they would call me and contact me when they found it🥹 I was touched,, There is a pier for the Sapi Island tour (5 minutes on foot), and famous local restaurants such as the Filipino Market nearby, so it is a perfect location for traveling🧡🧡"

"Excellent! It's right next to the pier and very close to Suria Sabah shopping mall and Gaya Street. With beautiful sea views from the window, the setting is lovely. The check-in guide was detailed, and the owner couple and Miss ST were all incredibly friendly. We checked in past midnight, and they thoughtfully left a light on for us in the living room. Throughout our stay, and even after we checked out and moved to another hotel, any questions we had were answered instantly. The private guide and instructor they recommended was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive and considerate, very witty and even performed some magic tricks. His photography skills were exceptional! (Please remember to pass on my compliments to him!)"

"This is the best place and which I was... here is perfectly all, location close to the sea, high floor and view from the window, there is a large balcony, air conditioning, TV, fan (there is even a diffuse), tug, room is very spacious, a great comfortable bed and the most comfortable pillows in my life!! I advise everyone to come here if you are in the cat kinabala. There is also a wonderful swimming pool and a ”looking area” on the roof, from the window and from the roof you can see how planes are landing. Maybe the only minus is the lack of a number of grocery stores, I have to go 10 minutes. also pleased the connection with the host, quickly replied to me when I couldn't handle the stove and washing machine, etc."

"We had an overnight stay in Kota Kinabalu with this provider before our hike to Mount Kinabalu. Unfortunately, we were wrongly accused of taking two of their towels. The management held RM300 of our deposit for towels that were clearly worn and wanted us to re-check our baggage thats already packed for the hike. Despite explaining in detail where each of us had left the towels, the owner insisted the mistake was on our part. We even went to the extent of unpacking and repacking all our hiking gear at Mount Kinabalu just to double-check — only to confirm what we already knew: we did not take anything. In the end, while we were already at the summit of Mount Kinabalu, the missing towels mysteriously appeared at the doorstep of our unit. Yet, not a single apology or acknowledgment was offered by the owner. I dont have pic of the unit, nor towel, but here we are when the towel mysteriously appeared in front of their unit. Very disappointing experience."

"The location is quite strategic and near to Tanjung Aru beach. Near to a mall as well, few beach bars around. There are a few convenient stores nearby (7e, 99 Mart), a mamak that’s open till late. There’s also a seafood restaurant next to the hotel which you can walk past the parking lot. Can get nice view of sea and airport. Although you don’t get to see much of the sea view but I think it’s good enough. You can grab to the beach within 5-8 mins and very accessible with grab drivers."
