The room is well equipped with basic amenities and quality of products used in the room for guests are good. Hotel breakfasts are delicious. Overall the hotel experience at Royal at Georges is memorable and we are satisfied with the hotel stay there. The location is around ten minutes away from interlaken ost station. However there is clock tower nearby which chimes a lot during the night.

The guestroom was good, very clean & hotel amenities ”Pure Herbs” was very good. Front office staff & Housekeeping was kind to provide a few more additional bottles for our 3 nights stay. Our room was facing the road but we had very quiet & peaceful rest. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff at the restaurant provide excellent service and took care of us very well during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again when in Interlaken.
The location of the hotel can be access by bus 103 from both Interlaken west & Interlaken ost train stations or a 15 mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station. Very convenient. Easy to locate.
However, it will not be the place for the budget conscious. You are in Switzerland anyway, pamper yourself to the high ”quality of life”

The best and most expensive hotel in the area. The room facing the Jungfrau during the peak season costs nearly 20,000 per night, which is still painful. It's my second time staying here. I made a mistake the first time and booked a suite, thinking it must face the Jungfrau, but it turned out not to be. It was an L-shaped room, half of which faced the mountain behind. So the view of the suite is definitely better than all the big beds. Later, I asked the front desk, and they told me that if I wanted to book a room facing the Jungfrau, I should remember one word: all the rooms with deluxe face the Jungfrau. I booked it correctly the second time, but I didn't communicate by email in advance, so I was given a room on the 3rd floor. I forgot whether it was 5 or 6 floors in total, so after booking, remember to ask the agent to email and reserve a room on a high floor. I think the overall cost performance is average. It's enough to experience it once. For the same price, I can book an airbnb nearby with a view 10 blocks away for a week (see the last picture)

Is a 10 minutes drive from the train station. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the shopping belt. It is also a five minutes walk to the COOP supermarket where the mineral water and all essential groceries can be found. The staff there are helpful and with the city pass (FREE) you can take bus ride around the whole city to explore freely.

The hotel is very convenient to reach, it seems equidistant from both the East & West Stations.
Since it was just a short 2 nights stay, we did not take the housekeeping service, and when we requested water, the receptionist did not seem happy with us and also with the Housekeeping team. Seemed a bit weird.
However, the housekeeping team was kind and courteous always.

Nice hotel because it had a great location ! So easy to find and near interlaken west station. If you take bus from interlaken ost station, it only takes me 5 minutes get to the hotel.
At the same time, supermarket coop, Migrolino and tourist information centre also takes 1-2mins can be arrived. Many restaurants and souvenirs shops nearby.
Staffs are nice and talkative 😃
Room is clean and big enough to open two luggage at the same time. Electric kettle was provided.
The minor thing is that there is no view outside the window. And the other thing is no toothpaste or toothbrush will be provided. I would recommend for the people who are in budget or with big luggage.

Our 1st impression of Hotel Krebs was great! Reception was warm & explained in detail the hotel policies.

The perfect blend of size & style, we are amazed with their spaciousness & exquisite decor. They provide bedroom slippers provided, toothbrush, shaver & cream, cotton pad, safe, hair dryer, etc. These advanced amenities definitely make our stay nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much!
The location of the hotel was awesome. It's just a few minutes walk to the Interlaken West Station. There's also many different buses u can take to many different beautiful attractions like Lake Brienz.
I have seen many reviews about the cheese fondue from their restaurant. We tried it too & was so in love with it. As we brought our 3.5yrs old child along, we can only have cheese fondue without alcohol. We replaced it with apple juice at an additional cost of 5chf. Indeed food was really good! And the waiters were really kind & friendly. They were very kind & patient with our little girl. She was given colouring materials for entertainment. Thanks to the waiters. We had lots of laughter while enjoying our meals.
Oh yes, there's a big fluffy black cat who often patronise the hotel & restaurant. It usually sleeps on the first chair near the left of the entrance. Staff of the hotel & restaurant are really nice, loving little animals & taking care of them very well.
Overall, it was a very wonderful experience staying here. We would gladly come back again!

We reached Intelaken early and the hotel reception was nice to allow us an early check-in. Although the exterior of the hotel is old, however, I was surprised when I went into the room. It is newly renovated and very tasteful. It is clean and I love that they have a rack to hang our jackets when we enter the room. The room comes with a nice balcony over looking the roundabout.
Amenties: Hotel provide free coffee and hot chocolate at the hotel lobby (great for waiting). They even have a portable water tap that I use to fill my bottles (buying bottled water in Switzerland is expensive).
Breakfast: Usual spread (scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, sausages). They have a great coffee machine and I will drink at least 2 cups of black coffee during breakfast. They even have a nice view of the Swiss alps which makes a great start to our day.

Super great location which just located right at the Interlaken station. And opposite there’s a kiosk/supermarket.
Room is a bit small and aware to bring your own slippers and brush or vanity if needed, there’s nothing provided by the hotel, not even refill the bottles of water even you stayed for consecutive nights, the staff mentioned it will only provide once when you check-in.

The hotel is clean; however, it’s noteworthy that the private toilet is separate from the room. Another important aspect to consider is the lack of soundproofing by floor due to the old design. For light sleepers, it’s advisable to take note, as sounds such as trolley movements, footsteps from the upper floor, or chatting noise from adjacent rooms may be audible, potentially leading to early morning disturbances.

IIzzaPizzaHotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

GGuest UserIn Switzerland, any building may be hundreds of years old. Walking around the town is like traveling through time and space to talk about history. I changed my itinerary at short notice and accidentally booked this small hotel that opened 118 years ago. The last room is a loft with a window. It is small but exquisite. You can see a different kind of scenery through the skylight. One window, one bed and one person are enough!

ZzhubaoermaThe hotel is in a very good location. There are various shops outside. There are buses 103 and 21 at the intersection. You can take the bus for free with the transportation card issued by the hotel, and you can also get a souvenir silver spoon. The owner is Chinese. There is Fu Ji Restaurant downstairs. Guests can enjoy a 10% discount. The room is big enough. The bedding doesn't feel very new, but we always bring disposable bedding when we go out, so it's okay. It feels like a homestay, and the view from the small balcony is also good. It feels similar to the four-star hotel opposite us.
