It was terrible mistake to book for this hotel. There was no lift. You need to carry your luggages onto the room level. The room clealiness was non existent. The shower head hose was leaking. Honestly it should not be listed under Trip.com due to hotel standard. I have stayed at many hotels but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The price for CHF 345 was not justified compared to other hotel prices. I sincerely do not recommend anyone to book for this hotel, period. The hotel management should look into refurbishing the whole units. It was something I would not want to remember...

There was a slight mistake due to booking several months in advance, but the staff managed to find a new room for us in the same area.
The location is very good, convenient to travel.
The kitchen facilities are very good.
Spacious room, 1 unit, 2 bedrooms, comfortably accommodates 4 people.

It was very dirty, the equipment was dilapidated, the kitchen utensils were unusable, and the bathroom was simply bad, which made people feel uncomfortable and uneasy. There was no obvious reception desk, and there was no name of the accommodation. It took me a long time to find it. I really regretted choosing this apartment, so I checked out after one night.
