"This was my third visit to Saudi Arabia, and I can confidently say this hotel offers the best value for money.
I was very impressed with the facilities, and the breakfast was also to my liking.
The staff were among the friendliest I’ve encountered in Saudi Arabia.
I’m sorry I can’t remember each of their names, but I truly appreciated their kindness.
The bed was so comfortable that I even found myself wishing I had the same one at home.
Although the hotel is located a bit further south, which can be slightly inconvenient if you have appointments in the northern part of the city, I still really loved my stay here."

We are located on King Fahad Road in the heart of Riyadh's business and cultural district, just 250 meters from Kingdom Tower. The Diplomatic Quarter is 7 km away, while KAFD, Riyadh Digital City, and the National Museum are all within 8 km. Kingdom Arena is 16 km away, and King Khalid International Airport is a 26 km drive.
Our hotel offers modern rooms and suites with views of King Fahad Road, an indoor pool, and eforea spa.
"Pros: The hotel is very new, the breakfast is good, the bedding is OK, it is opposite the Kingdom Center, and the Kingdom Center shopping mall is just across the road. The mall is full of luxury brands. It is a very old mall, and there is nothing delicious. We actually chose to eat McDonald's in the mall. There is a Najd village two kilometers away by Uber, which is convenient for taxis. It takes about 70 minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The disadvantage is that the double bed room is very small, comparable to a hotel room in Japan. You have to take a taxi when going out. The National Museum and the ancient city are not far away, about ten kilometers. There is nothing to visit nearby except the King Center. I feel that living near KAFD is closer to various attractions, markets and airports."

The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage
Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

Now I stayed on the fifth floor and the room was large and renovated and the entire floor was clean and renovated. The TV is smart but there is no active subscription. Log in with your subscription if you have a Netflix, Shahid or other subscription. I tried breakfast the second day, to be honest, there were no varieties and it was not worth trying.

AayyaFirst of all, I really loved this place, it has a warm feeling, if you’re alone you will have lots of friends to cheer you up, I made a lot of friends there, and it was soooooo good hostel, clean, quiet,and all of the people there are so friendly, ihsan is the owner of the hostel he is so gentle and always love to help us out, if someone need a place to stay or even to have good friends, this place is suitable for what you need, and it’s not expensive at all~

Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)

JJIACHENGThis hotel is close to the Riyadh airport because there is an old hotel next to the airport. This hotel is still relatively new. The window can be opened. High-rise. Also helped me upgrade to a suite. :) This hotel is really good at Riyadh. This is the third hotel I stayed in for a trip to Riyadh. That's not bad. The other two are too old. There is a certain distance from the King's Building. Sleep quietly. Come out is the high speed mouth. Easy to get to the airport.

The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.

BBuningThe room is so clean, luxurious and spacious that you can't believe it's only 6,000 yen. There are more than enough amenities. The employees were very friendly and I had a very comfortable stay.
The floor was cleaned so well that it didn't bother me even if I lay down on it. It was a great experience as there were public restaurants nearby.
What was disappointing was the water area, the toilet seat was missing and the bottom of the bath was dirty. However, it wasn't the type of dirt that would rub off, but it was gouged? It seemed clean.
Overall, it's a good hotel that I would recommend to others, but I would like the toilet seat to be fixed as soon as possible.
