Mohammed AlamalkiThe place is very clean and tidy. I'd like to thank Mr. Nawaf Al-Budairi for his excellent and respectful service, and thanks to the rest of the staff. However, the price is considered high compared to the location. I hope the hotel management and those in charge will review the prices. Thank you.

A RehanBest management ever, smooth check in. Rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast is rich. Everyone was so helpful and smiling all the time. Definitely going to stay in Le Diyar on the next visit to Riyadh. Thank you all.

Excellent staff — very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, and the team kindly arranged an early room, which was greatly appreciated.
I can’t thank the staff at check-in, the restaurant, and room service enough for their hospitality, kindness, and respect.
The room was large, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable king bed, plenty of power outlets, quiet and efficient air-conditioning, and good amenities.
The buffet breakfast was very good, with daily variety, fresh juices, an omelette station cooked to order, a good bread selection, and decent machine coffee.
Location as with 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions and malls. Ubers and Bolt was ready available. Sky bridge was walkable during cold but would be a challenge during the hot season.
Down points:
• Premium room was expected to be on a higher floor, but the room faced the roof line with no view.
• Shower head would not stay in position and kept sliding down.
Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, with only minor room issues.

Guest UserThe reception was excellent and the staff were wonderful. The Arabic coffee was amazing, but the smell of cooking and frying was everywhere, clinging to clothes, making incense useless. The bathrooms smelled of smoke. The furniture was old, and some things weren't clean, like the holder for the papers. I had to change the towels and bed linen as soon as I checked in because they weren't good, and the towels were dark from wear and tear. However, a great feature is that they provide everything in the bathroom: toothpaste, loofahs, etc. They really, really need to provide earplugs because of the street noise.

HchlukAs a result of a big delay in one of our flights, we missed the connecting flight, so we booked the Radisson near the airport for the night. We arrived at the hotel half an hour after we booked on trip.com. It was late and we were exhausted after the flight delay. The hotel couldn’t find our booking. I don’t know if it’s trip.com’s problem or the hotel’s but I suspect it’s the latter’s. It took us more than half an hour arguing with the hotel that we have a confirmed booking that has been prepaid. It was frustrating as it was nearly midnight. We were very disappointed with the reception. Luckily the room was ok.

The room was a bit small, but for the price, it was acceptable. Breakfast was delivered to the room due to Ramadan, and the portions were generous. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, there were visible stains on the pillows, and I broke out in a rash the next day. The design of the bathroom faucet is a bit flawed, as water tends to splash everywhere.

Anonymous UserThe location of the hotel is good, although it is on the highway and it is a bit noisy at night. But the room is relatively large, the facilities inside are OK, and the breakfast is also good. It would be better if the price could be lower

TONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.
