Amazing
11382349****The hotel is quite new, with a good exterior design. The interior decor and amenities are comparable to a 4-star hotel in China.
The staff are polite and generally able to meet any requests.
The room size is just right.
Breakfast is Western-style with a good selection of pastries that taste fine. However, there aren't many hot dishes, and their taste is mediocre.
Overall, I'd recommend it.
GGuest UserFantastic and clean hotel. The staff are incredibly polite, especially Chef Ahmed, who provides excellent customer service. I'd like to thank the hotel management for their excellent choice of employees. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book a stay.
MM29517****It's alright, the breakfast is good. It's close to the exhibition hall, so it's a good place to stay during the exhibition; it's only a 5-minute walk to the hall.
GGuest UserHad fun because they have a lot of things going on for eid. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. Outdoor pool hours is bad. Until 5:30 only when it just started to cool down. Location is far from city center but food delivery reaches. Dunkin donut by the lobby also helps.
YYujinI visited Al Faisalia Hotel for the first time for business trips. The clean facilities were so good, and I felt a little far from the place where women exercised. The staff are so friendly. In particular, Jahangir bellman is kind with a warm smile, so I want to visit again next time. I couldn't find a meeting place near the hotel, so I guided me to that place myself. Thank you so much! I wonder if Uber drivers couldn't find a hotel location.
GGuest UserThe hotel is comfortable and feels like your family. The place is well equipped. We, business owners, have always suffered from the high price of their laundry and ironing service. They excelled in this service. The service is excellent and the price is excellent. An abaya washed and ironed for 18 riyals. This is special and they cooperate with the guests.
Also, their restaurant section has an excellent chef and good variety.
Their staff is excellent and their morals are very high. The variety of modern spaces, the lobby and the rooftop garden make you feel like you are in the middle of Riyadh in a very beautiful way. A unique experience and the location is excellent. Close to the metro, close to the markets, close to Starbucks and close to the most important government departments. Thank you, Trip. My experience with all your choices was successful 👌❤️
GGuest UserThe hotel is great in every sense of the word, but their problem is that they don’t have shaded parking spaces, and the elevator goes directly to the rooms. This is their only flaw.
GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent and still cares about cleanliness. I did not use the hotel facilities because I am always busy outside the hotel. I thank the management, especially the receptionist Ahmed Al-Othaim, who is very cooperative and kind in dealing.
