Had a very nice stay at Rosa Grand Hotel during a business trip. The hotel is clean and comfortable. the location was very convenient, especially being close to the Exhibition Centre. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also felt comfortable throughout my stay as a female traveller. Overall, a simple but very good hotel with great service and a convenient location. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel is great in every sense of the word, but their problem is that they don’t have shaded parking spaces, and the elevator goes directly to the rooms. This is their only flaw.

I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Check-in & Reception: Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service. Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service. Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom. Location: The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Overall: The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

What I loved about my stay at the Radisson Hotel Riyadh was the comfort, tranquility, and excellent location, in addition to the great organization and wonderful service. I'd especially like to thank employees Lama and Hanan for their warm welcome, professional demeanor, and attention to detail. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel welcomed and cared for, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. It was a beautiful experience that I truly appreciate, and I hope to visit the hotel again in the future.

I recently stayed at Goldenship Hotel Riyadh for 2 nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few areas for improvement. The rooms were very neat and clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. The size and comfort level made the stay relaxing, and housekeeping standards were clearly good. However, the food experience was average. I had 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners during my stay, and unfortunately, none of them stood out. The quality was neither bad nor impressive—just satisfactory, with room for improvement in taste and variety. One downside was the strict checkout policy. Despite the hotel not being fully occupied, they did not accommodate a late checkout request. After requesting, they only allowed an additional 30 minutes, which felt a bit rigid compared to typical hospitality standards. Overall: A good choice for clean and spacious rooms, but food quality and flexibility in customer service could be improved.

I booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms i was surprised there was a maid room which was not mentioned. In general the apartment is very big and clean and nice in my room AC had an issue they fixed it but still it was not cooling enough . Location is near to hospital you can hear al ambulance all day and night which might be very noisy some times. Middle of traffic always difficult to reach anywhere easily. The apartment is in good condition although bathroom need renew but there is no issues with it. The stuff specifically Mr. Mohamed Khayat is a so helpful and has enough info about event in Riyadh

A very beautiful experience and a nice choice, flawed business next to the apartments and also the entrance and the fashion road needs a quick solution.

The hotel is located in the center of Riyadh, which is convenient for travel. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is convenient for eating. Although the hotel facilities are average, the price/performance ratio is good.

Beautiful, but some of the pads are broken.
