GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

XXiaopangqunmiemieThe Four Seasons Riyadh, which was renovated in 2024, has a good aesthetic and there is nothing to complain about the stay experience. The view from the Kingdom Center is a great place to enjoy the sunset every day. The shopping mall downstairs is also under renovation, so it is not very convenient to visit for the time being. It is worth mentioning that the gym is huge, with a full range of equipment for every subdivision.

The hotel staff provided warm and attentive service.
We booked a basic room and received a welcome card and local snacks. The hotel is filled with local charm and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

SShatha Al-HmoudThe hotel was super and amazing, I was there because I was attending a sports even in Riyadh Arena, and it was 10 minutes walking distance from the location. It was also walking distance from Granada Mall, which was good enough for shopping all your needs.
The room was spacious, you will be amazed by the space considering it is a 4 stars hotel. The bathroom was super clean and well equipped with your necessities. I had iron, bath robe, extra pillows, extra bed covers, all in the room ready to use, without the need to request from the hotel.
The employees were helpful and their service was superb.
The breakfast was decent, small but it had all the varieties. The breakfast area was extra super cold, but this is a personal preference as some people like it that way...
An extra note that their check out is at 2.00 p.m. which actually amazed me, since all hotels checks you out at 12 pm.
I would definitely stay again there. Thank you

GGuest UserEverything that you want from a hotel - clean rooms (spacious and quite - cannot hear neighbours or the highway infront of the house), good service (after two days the staff made me omelette without me even asking for it) and perfect location (central and 2-3mins walking distance from Al Mourabba metro and Lulu hypermarket). If - like me - you can’t go a day without exercise, the gym offers the basic equipment, too. Recommend you book with breakfast - it’s buffet and has sufficient choice.

GGuest UserSome rooms are quite big, suitable for short breaks, and quite clean. It is recommended to prepare more water. The largest supermarket is not far away, so you can go shopping there. It is quite good.
