"What a wonderful accommodation in Mostar. Staff really went above and beyond to assist us. The room was large, with a huge TV that I felt bad for not making use of. Good locatiion next to the crooked bridge in Mostar with a nice view from the restaurant at night. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was the high reccommendation of the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was exquisite and one of the best meals on our trip. The lamb was especially delicious. Best restaurant and best hotel in Mostar. My only regret is that we didn't spend longer here."

"Very nice experience. The room is spacious for 3 persons, clean and tidy with aircon and all the amenities you need. It is located right next to the old town near old bridge, with supermarket, restaurants, souven shops, late night kebab shops and convenient store near by. The host is very nice and extremely helpful. Our flixbus delayed a lot and we arrived late at night, host was very communicative and welcomed us warmly, helping us with the luggage and check in, suggesting places where we can still have dinner. He also helped us with our luggage storage after check out and even helped us with calling taxi to bus station late night. The hospitality from him was superb. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay in Pansion infinity when visiting Mostar. Thank you so much for all the help! Best stay ever!"

"The breakfast is rich and the location is excellent. It is in the old town, but you don't have to walk for a long time. You can reach it by walking a few steps from the parking place. We lived on the third floor and there was no elevator, but the hotel service guy helped with the luggage and solved practical difficulties. It's just that the third-floor room is the top floor, and the roof is sloping, so it's easy to hit your head and feel a little uncomfortable. The front desk service is enthusiastic and can help call a taxi to the scenic spots and bus stations, which can provide a lot of help."

"Check-in is at 2 PM, so don't arrive too early. You can walk to Mostar's Old Bridge from the hotel; I personally didn't find it too far. The hotel's partner restaurant was just okay; the squid fried rice I ordered was a bit on the salty side. The front desk can arrange a taxi to the airport for around 30 Euros, but note it's cash-only. The room itself was very spacious, and the bathtub was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a standard Western buffet, which for a Chinese guest, was just 'acceptable' rather than exceptional."

"Very nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park.
Breakfast was nice too, everything’s fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist.

"This hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here.
PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned."

I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money. KKTtIt’s not easy get a parking space in Mostar but we reserved one in Villa. It’s walking distance to get into the centre. We received warm welcome by the staffs. The room is cozy and tidy.

GGuest UserFree parking is a big plus, as most other places either don't offer it or charge a fee. However, breakfast is not provided. The room was clean, had a balcony, and Wi-Fi, but it seemed newly renovated, so there was a noticeable lingering smell. Disposable slippers were provided, but surprisingly, there was no trash can, nor were there any toiletries. The owner was very friendly, and overall, I'd recommend this place.

MMuhsinSWe booked the most expensive room for its bridge view. Finally, whatwe got in return was a huge wall 2 meters away from the window which is not even similar to the view and blocks everything. Later, we learned that the photos in the ad were taken from the building next door, which is currently under renovation.
Despite everything, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the taxi they provided us to reach our next stop.

Parking is also very convenient for self-driving cars. It is also very convenient to go to Buna Spring and not far from the old city. The breakfast is also good. Mostar is really hot. Therefore, insulation is very important for new air-conditioned hotels.

GGuest UserWe were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small.
It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old.
The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo.
The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket .
I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.

The family room we booked has a large space and comfortable beds. The only downside is that it is a bit cold and needs to be covered with a quilt;
The view of the hotel is great. At night, you can see the lights of the ancient city. During the day, you can overlook the Neretwa River Valley. From the early morning clouds to the blue sky and white clouds in the morning, the scenery is pleasant!
Highly recommend friends who come to Mostar for free travel, come and stay! Very nice hotel!
