I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

It was my first time in Anyang. I am quite picky about hotels, but I have to give this hotel a five-star rating. The front desk reception was warm and responsive. Because the train time was 6:30 in the evening, I hoped to rest after the trip before going to the train station. I asked for a late check-out, and the front desk extended it to 5:30. I am really grateful. The driver Xiaolu was on time and polite. He insisted on taking the two suitcases himself. It was a very good accommodation experience.

The hotel is located next to the Chinese Character Museum. There are many cultural and creative products in the lobby, and the style is quite high. 25年剛裝修升級的酒店，門口另一側還在施工🏗或許也是因為剛裝修升級，有一些地方還需要再提升，缺點與優點並存。 先説缺點：電視無法投屏，前台電話設定錯誤，早餐極其差勁，有裝修氣味需要晾味，枕頭太軟，房間水補充不及時。 投屏方面，我真的非常忍不了的是電視沒法投屏，因為我倆晚上要追劇。首先wifi和電視的ip就不在一塊，根本無法投屏，而且投屏還要下載app，還要付費投屏，我真的是從來沒見過還能這樣。現在衹要是個連鎖酒店（亞朵，漢庭，桔子，全季等）都可以免費投屏，更何況還自詡4星際酒店。 電話方面，房間電話有一鍵呼叫前台按鍵，設定的是5自動撥出個8，但前台實際是4個8，這就導致一開始我們無論如何也撥不通前台電話，這種錯誤不應該吧。 早餐方面，可選擇的餐點太少，包子饅頭全是涼的。一點河南特色菜也沒有，也沒有胡辣湯，弄個河南特色胡辣湯應該不難吧，簡單吃了兩口又去外面喝的胡辣湯。 圖4是床單上的臟痕跡，不是我的頭髮。 枕頭真的太太太軟了，而且兩個枕頭是一模一樣的，都是軟的，有的酒店就是有一個軟枕一個硬枕，這麼軟的枕頭第二天睡醒脖子都不行了😭 關於房間水的問題，我不清楚貴酒店的要求。因為一開始入住的時候，工作人員特意説了句，如果需要水就會從200按金裏面扣，所以我們第二天就沒有主動要水，而且是門口超市買了兩瓶水。按照之前住過的各個酒店來看，一般都是入住當天房間裏有兩瓶礦泉水，第二天早上工作人員會來打掃房間再放補充上兩瓶水，即使沒有打掃補充，退房的時候也會再給兩瓶水，而不是一開始就説明需要水會從按金裏面扣（因為房間minibar裏面啥也沒有，我倆也不知道説的扣費到底是需要什麼才扣） 再説優點方面：位置好，免費停車，服務態度好。 家人們，這個酒店的位置是真的好，晚上走着就能去北大街夜市和倉街巷，一點也不遠，早上也能吃到很正宗的胡辣湯，而且門口就有超市，極其便利。 服務態度也十分好，進來大堂工作人員都起身問好，面對要求也有問必答，比如説投屏問題，跟前台反饋了，都晚上10點多了工作人員也上來幫忙解決問題，雖然她也不知道怎麼弄... 酒店環境也很好，房間也算大的了，還有個小沙發可以坐在那裡吃點東西，300多的價格也算可以了。

The bedding is also good, very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and high-end. When I expressed that the air conditioner was not too cold, I immediately arranged for the air conditioner to be delivered to the room and changed my room. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor is also very good and convenient. The food can be delivered to the room after ordering. In addition, because of the high-speed rail, the hotel also specially extended the check-out time, so I didn't have to rush. There are two shortcomings. First, the air conditioner needs to be repaired as soon as possible. The weather is hot and the central air conditioner is not working. This is a taboo. The air conditioner is not working. Second, breakfast was held the next day. It was obviously a bit hectic when there were many people. The yogurt was also gone, which was a bit regrettable.
