"I want to commend the cleaning staff and the receptionist who helped me check in on October 17th. When I checked out, I accidentally left my wallet in the room, which contained my ID, credit cards, and cash. The cleaning lady contacted me immediately, and the receptionist immediately contacted me to arrange for my wallet to be shipped to my next city. I must thank and applaud their honesty and integrity. You are both beautiful inside and out! 🙏❤️🙏"

"The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there was a laundry and drying room. The owner even upgraded our room, which was very kind of them. Parking was convenient, and there were charging stations at the entrance. It's also a pet-friendly hotel. It's really not easy to find such a good hotel when traveling with furry friends; it was unexpectedly good, and the room smelled nice. The breakfast was also plentiful, with freshly made steamed buns that were clean and healthy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying at such a wonderful hotel while traveling really warmed my heart 😭"

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, to avoid the crowds, I clocked in at S21 and came to Beitun. There was no traffic jam at all. It was raining on the day I arrived. The hotel was very considerate and provided an umbrella service. The hotel facilities are very good, clean and tidy. It is backed by the Deren Mountain Scenic Area. The night view of Tuen is also beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the jam bread is delicious. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. I will stay here again next time I travel to Northern Xinjiang.
