"This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic! I have to give it a thumbs up. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the warm welcome from the front desk staff. Check-in was quick and attentive, and they even proactively upgraded my room – a truly delightful surprise! The room was cozy and spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel's facilities were also excellent. The gym was fully equipped, the swimming pool had crystal-clear water, and after swimming, you could relax in the adjacent lounge area with a cup of tea. The breakfast was varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. Furthermore, the hotel's location is superb, with shopping malls, restaurants, and a subway station all nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. This stay was fantastic, and the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel!"

I booked an elegant twin room, and asked the front desk to upgrade it to a deluxe twin room for free. There was also a welcome fruit plate and a rich breakfast. The hotel is very large, with a lake view when you go out, and the location is slightly off. The proactive service awareness is still a bit poor. The hotel did not provide children with slippers and toothbrushes, which is not like a five-star standard. When I left the hotel, I complained to the front desk, but the front desk said that I had to ask the floor attendant for them. There is no children's playground, only a small outdoor slide and swing. A newly built five-star hotel, there is no swimsuit pool. The overall feeling is still very good."

It's a particularly thoughtful touch that you can request the air conditioning to be turned on an hour before your arrival, which is a huge relief on hot summer days. There's a generously sized terrace, perfect for a BBQ with friends. Bailu Lake is right across the street, offering a lovely 5km loop around its perimeter. The surroundings are elegant and it's pet-friendly. Highly recommended!"
