"The weather has been mild recently, neither too hot nor too cold. Despite typhoon warnings and predictions of heavy rain, I decided to take a gamble and spend the weekend at Xilegu Resort. I've been here before a few years ago, but back then there weren't as many room types, and no temple fair. The resort has introduced many new and exciting features to attract guests, including but not limited to a temple fair, animal viewing, and feeding. It's now even more suitable for families with children. I booked a Madagascar-themed room, which accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. Children under 1.1m are not counted. This means two child vouchers can be exchanged for one adult's access, which is very thoughtful! I really appreciate this point. We had three adults and one two-and-a-half-year-old child, so we were able to use the two child allowances for one adult (this applied to hot spring tickets, the temple fair, and breakfast). The hot springs are quite large and include a water park, but the water isn't heated. It was super cold; I hope the hotel can improve this. Even adults found it chilly, let alone children. I honestly recommend using warm water for the water park facilities. There are many types of hot spring pools, but the traditional Chinese medicine pools were practically empty. I hope they can add more, which would also be an improvement. Overall, it was okay."

"The front desk service is professional and enthusiastic! Miss Sister stayed and took the initiative to introduce the use of smart devices. The room facilities are intact, the smart curtains + lighting are super convenient, and even the wind power of the hair dryer is super sufficient."

"The service was excellent, the hotel was clean, and there were plenty of places to enjoy the entire park. Squirrel Park felt like a childhood paradise, and even in the weather, whether it was rainy or sunny, it was a wonderful experience. There's a wetland island area with a forest atmosphere. The various pools, large and small, are fantastic, and the water play areas have both kid-friendly and adult-friendly slides. There were also musical performances, which the children enjoyed greatly. The evening bonfire concert was a lovely atmosphere. The buffet was delicious."

"The decoration in the villa room is very new and very clean. Cleaning on weekdays is very careful. The bottom of the hot spring pool is also very clean. The bed frame is very strong and the sheets are white. There are toilets and shower rooms on each floor, separated from wet and dry. Hot water is sufficient and the water pressure is enough. There is hot spring water at night. The hot spring pool can sit more than ten people, enough for a family of all ages to share the fun. Three to four cars can be parked in the villa. If there is an elevator in the villa, you must have extra points."

"Our whole family had a wonderful Qingming Festival here. The amusement facilities catered to most kids' preferences, and the sightseeing carts were a great convenience for guests with mobility issues. The overall environment is fantastic, and there's plenty to do, offering all the amenities you'd expect from a resort. The hot springs, in particular, were the cleanest I've ever encountered at any hotel; I even saw staff regularly cleaning the pools and changing the water while I was there. Even with the large number of people using the hot springs during Qingming Festival, which put extra strain on hygiene, the pool conditions remained excellent. Crucially, every room comes with a private hot spring pool, which is something most hotels simply don't offer. The service was efficient and quick, truly commendable! The only downsides were some essential information not being clearly communicated at check-in, which meant I had to go back to the front desk to ask questions. Also, the bathroom on the second floor of our duplex was blocked, and the toilet flushing mechanism on the first floor was poorly designed, often scraping against the wall when flushed. These issues significantly detract from guest satisfaction and I hope they can be addressed in future renovations. Overall, though, we were quite satisfied with our stay."

"Long Bay Natural Hot Spring Resort was an amazing experience! The hot springs are genuinely natural, with clean water and a good variety of pools, each with its own unique feel. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed and refreshed. The resort grounds are serene and well-maintained, with excellent greenery and cleanliness. The service was warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the dining was also great. It's conveniently located, offers excellent value for money, and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's suitable for the whole family, and I genuinely recommend it. Five-star rating!"

"Facilities: The hot spring is excellent, and the water flows quickly. The hot spring in the room fills up in no time. The hot spring water is amazing; even after soaking for a long time, my skin doesn't get wrinkly. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The owner maintains the rooms very well. Even during this humid spring weather, there was no hint of dampness when I entered the room! Environment: Very artistic and inspiring. You can see the owner's thoughtful touches and design sense everywhere. There's even a hot spring on the rooftop where you can soak while stargazing! Service: Truly exceptional. The congee the owner cooks at 6 AM is out of this world (picture 5). The check-in experience was great, and the owner is genuinely a wonderful person."
