"Extremely satisfied! I booked my stay on ***** New Year's Eve quite early. Originally, the owner wasn't planning on operating and wanted to close for the holiday, but they still accepted our booking and hosted us. We arrived around 8 or 9 PM that evening, and the owner was waiting for us and even presented us with a blessed Hada (******* ceremonial scarf). Before arriving, I called ahead to ask if dinner was available. The owner's chef was on holiday, so they arranged for the restaurant next door to wait for us, where we had a delicious clear yak meat hot pot.
The hotel room's overall decor is in the ******* style, which my parents loved, and the price during the Chinese New Year period was very reasonable. Breakfast was prepared by the owner and his wife. They even asked about our planned departure time so they could get up and wait for us. The dumplings đĽ were delicious, and the owner's wife thoughtfully gave a small red envelope 𧧠to the child. So considerate! Thumbs up! đđťđđťđđť"

"We stayed at the Heishui and Siguniang Mountain resorts for three days and absolutely loved the butler service at Gar Manor! From the moment we got off the bus, we were completely taken care of. The butler eagerly carried our luggage and checked us in, making it incredibly easy.
The breakfast was plentiful, with a mix of whole grains and protein. The warm black pig's trotters and stir-fried pork in the evening were a thoughtful touch. The most touching thing was that the butler even brought us an umbrella on a rainy day, holding it for us along the way and providing hot tea. These little touches are truly heartwarming!
The mountain-view loft we stayed in at Siguniang Mountain had a fantastic view, with both floors offering views of the lake and mountains. On a clear day, the lake sparkled like diamonds, while on a rainy day, the misty clouds shrouded the place like a fairyland. It truly soothed me here and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Siguniang Mountain!"

"This is a brand new hotel that has everything. You can easily walk to the food district, and there's a large convenience store right at the entrance of the alley. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has separate toilet and shower areas. If you don't mind that the towels are disposable and a bit thinner than usual, then it's a perfectly comfortable and excellent stay. It's also not far from Takashimaya."

"This hotel is really, really good, and incredibly cheap compared to some places back home. It's clean and comes fully equipped with amenities. No need to lug around a hair dryer, toothbrush, or toothpaste, saving you luggage space! The room is beautiful with a mountain view, but since it doesn't snow, it looks a bit dry. đ I'm impressed! The service is excellent, and breakfast is provided."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and again, the owner was incredibly kind. The hotel facilities were excellent. What really stood out was that the street the hotel is on has so many great food options, and shopping nearby is super convenient with big supermarkets and everything. Heishui feels much more developed than we initially imagined, and the ******* people here are so warm and welcoming â the owner is ******* too, haha! I rarely leave reviews like this, but this experience was truly fantastic and made me so happy. I can't even imagine how inconvenient our remaining two days would have been if the owner hadn't driven us to attractions and picked us up. Anyone seeing this review and booking this hotel is incredibly lucky. You really can't go wrong with this place!"

"Hygiene: Very clean, and they even provide disinfectant alcohol (Picture 3), which is great for germaphobes! The tissues are also from C&S.
Environment: There are many guesthouses nearby, all run by locals, offering a very authentic local experience.
Facilities: We drove here. If you need to charge your car, you can do so at a fish restaurant next door. You can also cast movies from your phone to the TV in the room.
Service: You can book tickets for Dagu Glacier through the host, which is slightly cheaper than booking yourself. They also prepare their own breakfast, which includes butter tea and is quite unique.
If you're looking for places to eat, I recommend the Hade Plaza in Heishui County, as there are more options there. We tried a ******* restaurant called Xiangnage, and the food was pretty good."

"This is my first review, and it's completely honest. This is the best hotel I've stayed at during my travels here. The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic; whenever I had a problem, I liked to go to her, and she always helped. It was a very satisfying stay. The lobby is spacious, the environment is great, the front desk service is excellent, and check-in was fast. The room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, and the room has smart controls. They even offered a free late check-out, which was really nice. It's a fantastic hotel. They also gave a free bottle of mineral water upon check-in. The room is spacious, well-lit, bright, and fully equipped. The front desk service is exceptional, and breakfast is also great. There's free parking, and it's very convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!"

"The room was big, clean, and beautiful with everything we needed. Everything felt modern, convenient, and easy to use. The owner, her kids, and the staff were amazing. They helped us so much even though we donât speak Chinese and always booked Ubers for us. Her kids were super cute and friendly and tried to play with us. The staffâs service was excellent. Even after breakfast hours they made sure we had something to eat. They replied to messages quickly and were always there whenever we needed help. They even helped us find train tickets. Staying here was completely worth it. I canât say enough how much I loved it."

GGuest UserThe hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

GGuest UserMy friend has been recommending this hotel to me since he came here last year. After experiencing it, I feel that it is indeed worthy of its reputation! It has been open for four or five years. The facilities and equipment of the ******* house are well maintained. The beds in the room are very soft and comfortable, and the sanitary environment of the entire manor is also very good.
The service of the housekeeper and the restaurant is even better. The most comfortable thing is that when you meet the hotel staff on the road, they will greet you warmly, and you really feel at home.
I heard that autumn is the most beautiful time here. Next time you have a chance, you must come and see it! See the spring scenery once and the autumn scenery once

1ď¸âŁ The hostess is incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, reminding us of all the little details.
2ď¸âŁ The twin beds are huge, easily accommodating two people, and the room comes with a humidifier with a very clean water tank (a lifesaver for allergy sufferers like me).
3ď¸âŁ Even with just an AC and an electric blanket, it was incredibly warm. No worries about catching a cold. For someone like me who can't stand direct AC wind, I just set it to the lowest fan speed and still felt perfectly cozy. The bathroom's heated fan (Yuba) was also very powerful.
4ď¸âŁ We had dinner at the hotel, and the hotpot dipping sauce was absolutely delicious! đ Plus, the vegetables had a subtle sweetness (first time ever experiencing that, and I loved it!). The whole set meal was more than enough for two people.
5ď¸âŁ The rooms are equipped with disposable toilet seat covers, towels, and more â a dream come true for germaphobes!
6ď¸âŁ The charging station isn't in the hotel's parking lot, but it's very close, just a 2-minute walk away.
7ď¸âŁ It's about a 5-minute drive to the Dagu Glacier scenic area, making it perfect for those traveling by car.
Overall, I'm very satisfied!

TTbh$This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - éżäž. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

GGuest UserThe Airbnb I booked for this trip was absolutely perfect! The convenient location was a huge plus, saving me a lot of hassle with commuting. The room was spacious, never feeling cramped, especially the floor-to-ceiling window with its amazing natural light â on sunny days, the room was bathed in sunlight, making it perfect for taking photos without needing artificial lighting. The Airbnb's own large garden was so inviting. The service was impeccable, from check-in to check-out, they were incredibly attentive and attentive to detail. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel.
When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. Iâve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. Iâll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit éťć°´ again.

GGuest UserFar mountain hotel is a family runner hotel, we have to wait for checking in about 30 mins. But the hotel owner was nice and well taking care us. The room was a little antique style but nice and spacious, the only comments is it was too cold for toilet and bathroom during winter. There was a heater controller at the ceiling but it was too hot. 2 bottles of water were provided. No breakfast was offering in the hotel. Overall us ok because we just stayed for a night before our trip to Bipengou. Location is closed to base of Bipengou. Great value for money.

GGuest UserComfortable and cozy room with Japanese-style decorations. I especially love the heated bed topper. The hotel staff, which we think is also the owner, is really nice and friendly. It is a little far from Heishui downtown, but there was nothing to do in town at night anyway, so no issue there. Having said that the hotel is not close to Heishui city, the staff offered to bring us dinner, so eating was not an issue.
The hotel is located close to Dagu Glacier with around 5-min taxi ride.

NnalzanarmiThis place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked đ¤Ł. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us âĽď¸. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. đ

Parking was convenient, and downstairs there were restaurants with fresh ingredients, delicious food, and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back again.
