"Traveling in the off-season, the price is too high, the front desk brother is very intimate to upgrade the room type, the room is oversized, the bathroom layout is reasonable, so clean, the toiletries are good, the bubble cotton quilt and bathrobe experience is also good. The room has handwritten cards, welcome fruit, minibar free drinks and snacks are not stingy because of the off-season price. The breakfast is rich, the staff I met are humble and polite, in short, it is a good choice. By the way, the washing machine and dryer are easy to use!

There was no unpleasant odor, and the bathroom and shower were spotless, demonstrating the hotel's attention to detail and professionalism. The room was equipped with smart devices, which were very convenient, and it was spacious enough for a family of four with plenty of room to play. I especially want to praise the large bed; two beds can even be pushed together, making it incredibly convenient with children – they can roll around all over the bed without any worries. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, quickly bringing us anything we needed. There was even a robot delivering takeout, and the lobby had plenty of water, candy, and toys – many thoughtful and considerate touches. The overall experience was excellent!"

"This business trip was really comfortable, the hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive. In the morning, there's a lavish breakfast, and for meetings, there are professional conference rooms and multi-functional halls. After work, I could even relax at the gym. The most thoughtful part was having a laundry room and external laundry service, so I didn't have to worry about clean clothes during a long business trip. The car park also has charging stations, which is super convenient if you're driving. The lobby bar and coffee shop have a quiet ambiance, perfect for some temporary work or waiting for someone. Overall, the experience was great."

"I made a last-minute decision to stay a night in Jinghe, planning to meet friends at Sayram Lake the following day. This hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice. It's brand new this year, and crucially, the room had absolutely no strange odors – a huge plus! The front desk staff were wonderful; the lady was incredibly friendly and impressively efficient. The room decor was exactly my style, and the breakfast was excellent too. For anyone visiting Sayram Lake, staying in Jinghe for a night to rest is actually a really smart move, and this hotel isn't far from the lake. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends, and I'd choose to stay here again if I get the chance."

Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a twin room, free of charge, as there were no other king-size rooms available. The room was spacious and pleasant, with complete amenities and very clean. The front desk also gave us two complimentary Cokes and snacks, which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was also delivered to our room. It was a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way, requiring a bit of a drive from the highway. The surrounding area is popular with residents, hospitals, and schools. A lively food court with a wide selection of food is about a 5-minute drive away.
The hotel room was spacious, and even with three beds, it felt comfortable. The lighting was bright and comfortable. The three separate bathroom facilities were a nice touch.
The hotel key card was quite unique.
The service was very friendly. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and delivered it to us after we checked in.

MMichael9099After visiting Sayram Lake, it was dark, so we hurried to Jinghe. We chose this guesthouse to rest at. We arrived at 11 pm. The landlady was still waiting for us, and noticing my wife wasn't feeling well, she thoughtfully made us tomato and egg noodles. We were so touched. We chatted for a while; they're a husband and wife who run the business. Staying here felt like home. The next day, they even made us breakfast to help us recharge. We're so grateful. Hope to see you again sometime!

The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, and the amenities were brand new and comprehensive.
