"Traveling in the off-season, the price is too high, the front desk brother is very intimate to upgrade the room type, the room is oversized, the bathroom layout is reasonable, so clean, the toiletries are good, the bubble cotton quilt and bathrobe experience is also good. The room has handwritten cards, welcome fruit, minibar free drinks and snacks are not stingy because of the off-season price. The breakfast is rich, the staff I met are humble and polite, in short, it is a good choice. By the way, the washing machine and dryer are easy to use!

The bedding was soft and comfortable, the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and smooth. The bathroom was clean and tidy, fully stocked with amenities. The room had great natural light and ventilation, with a simple yet elegant decor, and was spotlessly clean. The facilities and setup were definitely on par with more expensive room types. "The hotel is a bit out of the way, requiring a bit of a drive from the highway. The surrounding area is popular with residents, hospitals, and schools. A lively food court with a wide selection of food is about a 5-minute drive away.
The hotel room was spacious, and even with three beds, it felt comfortable. The lighting was bright and comfortable. The three separate bathroom facilities were a nice touch.
The hotel key card was quite unique.
The service was very friendly. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and delivered it to us after we checked in."

"It was very noisy when two large groups from travel agencies checked in very early in the morning. We were still sleeping. The waiter cleaning was very noisy and entered the wrong room. He came to our room and found that someone had gone out again. I was speechless. Of course, maybe the price can't demand too much service and the bathroom is actually There is no separation of dry and wet areas. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom is filled with water."

"The room was impeccably clean and tidy, and the towels and bedding were disinfected, giving me peace of mind. There was no unpleasant odor, and the bathroom and shower were spotless, demonstrating the hotel's attention to detail and professionalism. The room was equipped with smart devices, which were very convenient, and it was spacious enough for a family of four with plenty of room to play. I especially want to praise the large bed; two beds can even be pushed together, making it incredibly convenient with children – they can roll around all over the bed without any worries. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, quickly bringing us anything we needed. There was even a robot delivering takeout, and the lobby had plenty of water, candy, and toys – many thoughtful and considerate touches. The overall experience was excellent!"

GGuest UserThis business trip was really comfortable, the hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive. In the morning, there's a lavish breakfast, and for meetings, there are professional conference rooms and multi-functional halls. After work, I could even relax at the gym. The most thoughtful part was having a laundry room and external laundry service, so I didn't have to worry about clean clothes during a long business trip. The car park also has charging stations, which is super convenient if you're driving. The lobby bar and coffee shop have a quiet ambiance, perfect for some temporary work or waiting for someone. Overall, the experience was great.

MMichael9099After visiting Sayram Lake, it was dark, so we hurried to Jinghe. We chose this guesthouse to rest at. We arrived at 11 pm. The landlady was still waiting for us, and noticing my wife wasn't feeling well, she thoughtfully made us tomato and egg noodles. We were so touched. We chatted for a while; they're a husband and wife who run the business. Staying here felt like home. The next day, they even made us breakfast to help us recharge. We're so grateful. Hope to see you again sometime!

Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a twin room, free of charge, as there were no other king-size rooms available. The room was spacious and pleasant, with complete amenities and very clean. The front desk also gave us two complimentary Cokes and snacks, which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was also delivered to our room. It was a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent.

GGuest UserI made a last-minute decision to stay a night in Jinghe, planning to meet friends at Sayram Lake the following day. This hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice. It's brand new this year, and crucially, the room had absolutely no strange odors – a huge plus! The front desk staff were wonderful; the lady was incredibly friendly and impressively efficient. The room decor was exactly my style, and the breakfast was excellent too. For anyone visiting Sayram Lake, staying in Jinghe for a night to rest is actually a really smart move, and this hotel isn't far from the lake. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends, and I'd choose to stay here again if I get the chance.

The room was clean and tidy. The landlord was really a very detailed beauty. The corners of the table and windows were anti-collision! So intimate! Sleeping is very comfortable, very quiet environment, personally like this pillow haha!
