The hygiene is clean and tidy, with cleaning staff tidying up and replacing amenities daily. Breakfast includes light options like porridge and noodles, which perfectly suit the palates of older guests, and the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. The staff are patient and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. My parents were especially pleased!"

"On my way back to Beijing, I chose the Hyatt Place for a one-night stopover, specifically picking one with high reviews. As soon as I walked in, I was warmed by the front desk lady's enthusiasm. There were even some craft activities for kids. Overall, the stay was great – the room was clean, the bed was huge, and the hotel breakfast was good too. There's a big coffee shop on the first floor with excellent coffee. Recommended!"

Walking into the room, I was immediately impressed. The overall style is modern and minimalist, with a sophisticated yet cozy color scheme of dark brown and soft pink. The king-size bed had just the right firmness, and lying on it, all the day's fatigue just melted away. The bedding felt soft against the skin, ensuring I slept soundly until morning. The room was very spacious, featuring not only a comfortable sofa lounge area but also an office chair, making it very convenient for handling work during a business trip. The bathroom design was very thoughtful, with excellent separation of wet and dry areas. The vanity was spotless, and all the toiletries were from well-known brands, giving me peace of mind. The little details also added a lot, such as the city landscape painting above the bed, which echoed the ”Yihe River” theme, and the curtains provided excellent blackout, which is a lifesaver for light sleepers like me. 🏨Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, I highly recommend this hotel! "My hotel stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I checked in, the reception staff were incredibly lovely, friendly, and eager to assist. They made the entire check-in process smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a small room to a much bigger one, which was truly amazing. When I got to the room, it was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. To top it off, there was a basket filled with fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The following morning, I was even given extra water, fruits, and snacks. I honestly wasn’t expecting any of this, and I truly appreciated the kindness and generosity. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends visiting the city. The duty manager was very responsible and easy to reach via WeChat for any questions; his service attitude was also fantastic!! This really boosted my impression of the hotel! The front desk also gave us a complimentary room upgrade – the service truly exceeded the price! Incredible value for money! And the welcome fruit from the hotel was delicious and fresh. It's very close to Yizhouli Commercial Street, just a short walk downstairs. On a nice day, I feel like I could sit in the park downstairs all afternoon. The lobby is also very spacious and not cramped at all. The hygiene was exceptional. The cleaning ladies spoke Mandarin and even folded our clothes. Coming back to a tidy room after leaving it messy always puts me in a better mood. The hot water was definitely plentiful, making for a very comfortable bath at night. The bed was huge, and the environment was great. The breakfast had a wide variety and was quite good. Upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir, helped us scan the parking code, and escorted us all the way to the parking lot – full of thoughtful details."
