The front desk staff are quite attentive; if you arrive early and your room isn't ready, they offer reasonable suggestions and proactively follow up. They also give you a tour of the entire hotel and offer complimentary afternoon tea. However, the problems became apparent after staying two nights. They only emptied the trash cans, refilled the drinking water, and took away the used toiletries without replacing them. Even the ”Please clean the room” light was left on."
