"It is a very cost-effective hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel where the guest room department is better than the front office department. This hotel is considered to be the best. I didn't have much contact with the concierge, and the guy who came to deliver things was very polite.
The guest rooms are clean and dust-free, and the bedding is dry and tidy and free of smoke smell. What kind of bicycle do you need for four to five hundred yuan? It’s already very good.
The front office is a Waterloo in comparison.
When checking in, when I started to make eye contact with the staff when I was 3 meters away from the front desk, all four people at the front desk lowered their heads and checked their phones, and no one took the initiative to say hello.
Knowing that we were not traveling in a group and only needed one room, they gave us a connecting room without informing us. As soon as I entered the room, there was a door facing the bed... I called the front desk to ask for a room change, and the front desk tried to argue with me, saying that the door was locked blabla. Who doesn’t know it’s locked? The problem is that if it can be locked, there is a key to open it. Unless there is a companion in the next room, few people can help it.
I left the license plate number when I checked in, but when the car came out, I couldn't get out. I called the front desk and found that the license plate number was wrong. I saw that the front desk was not very busy. I didn't see a long line to check in? Why is it so rough to do something?
Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good, the service is disappointing but the room conditions are relatively good."

"This is a very satisfying stay experience. I especially feel that Xiaoxin helped us confirm that we can bring a small cute dog to stay. We also upgraded the room for free. We also prepared air boxes and urine pads for ourselves, so as to live up to the trust of the hotel.
The location of the hotel is good, the close view is the back garden, trails and small river channels, and there are rocking boats to clean up the garbage in the river in the morning and evening; the distant view is the endless hills and the high-rise buildings in the city and the lights of the morning and evening. Because it is the National Day holiday, we are worried that there is no traffic jam to ride to the 15-minute drive to the city to feel the lively and bustling of the city. There are many foods near the hotel, we chose a Hunan cuisine with Loudi characteristics.
The hotel's service is thoughtful, not only welcome fruit, but also hot sleeping milk at night. American coffee was provided at our request before traveling this morning. The breakfast is also very rich, Chinese and Western buffet style, local rice noodles are especially unforgettable.

The home-stay provide a panorama view of the rice terrace with unblocked view right in front of the courtyard.
The couple managing the home-stay are really friendly and cooking are really good the greens are right from the garden.
The only uncomfortable thing is the bed which is super hard. Other than that, the rest is good.
Worth to travel here, according to the couple the best time to come here where you can see the great view of the golden padi terrace is between May to September.
