酒店內環境不錯，前台服務熱情。我們訂的房間在25樓，落地窗俯瞰城市夜景。打開房門的一瞬間，不用插卡，房內設施全部開始工作，疲憊趕路的我們，感受到了撲面而來的温暖。房內乾淨整潔。非常滿意哦

攜程這4星怎麼評的，極其無語的住宿體驗
1.房間有商品，導致退按金慢，退房的時候要我等了好久，冬天冷**的天氣凍得我拉肚子。
2.沒有提供送水服務，而且礦泉水還要錢？賺錢賺瘋了吧
3.沒有提供低枕，高枕睡得頸椎痛死了，一晚上我就睡了4個小時。跟前台吐槽説酒店怎麼沒低枕，前台説是的，説她自己睡覺都不用枕頭。

房間採光不錯，衞生也挺好的，旁邊是個沃爾瑪購物廣場，足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺很好，前台小姐姐劉莉熱情周到，值得點贊！

第一個房間的洗手盆裏有很多頭髮，經溝通換個房間，最氣的是我10.30左右打電話到前台要多一床被子，前台説馬上叫人送過來，等了半個小時還沒人送，我打電話問回覆説等等可能忙忘了，，再過10分鐘左右再次打電話詢問，居然説沒有多餘的被子，全程沒有主動跟我説，這是我住過的最差的酒店
