"The MGallery Dongfengyun Hotel and the scenic area both exceeded my expectations! It's built with 7 million red bricks, no rebar or cement, and no painted exterior walls, using eco-friendly materials both indoors and out, creating a strong artistic atmosphere. The echo wall at the hotel entrance was a delightful surprise. The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming; I didn't have to carry my luggage once. The hotel front desk provided complimentary scenic area tickets and a photography voucher, and there was always an electric buggy service ready to take us wherever we wanted to go. The rooms feature thermostatic showers and private courtyard hot springs, with complimentary fruit, coffee, and tea. On Mother's Day, the hotel's Western restaurant even gave out carnations and small cakes. The attention to detail in their service was truly impressive; hats off to the hotel! The entire scenic area feels like you're in a Southeast Asian rainforest, with an abundance of tropical plants, fragrant flowers, birdsong, and surrounded by mountains and water – it's truly a paradise, a beautiful natural oxygen bar! There are also large grape plantations nearby where you can visit wineries for wine tasting, and the hotel has an open-air bar with live singers in the evenings. It's an absolutely perfect place to unwind and relax."

"The room was very clean, equipped with a Toto smart toilet and a private hot spring, which was truly enjoyable. All the facilities in the room were excellent, and breakfast was plentiful. The B&B's location is great, very close to the lake. The best part, however, was the service. There were many complimentary convenience services available, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind, polite, and enthusiastic. After we checked out, they informed us that we had left an item of clothing in the room. I asked them to courier it to my next accommodation, and they even paid for the shipping without charging me. While the cost wasn't substantial, I'm still incredibly grateful."

"Traveling in Yunnan with my kids for a week, we stayed at three hotels: Wyndham Grand, Naga.S, and Atour. Atour was by far our favorite! 👍👍 During this peak travel season, at the other two hotels, I had to wake up every night in the early hours to do laundry, because that was the only time I could find an available washing machine. Then I'd have to time it perfectly to get to the dryer. I barely got any sleep. I honestly thought all hotels were like this, until I got to Atour and found out their laundry room has staff who do it for you! You just drop off your clothes with your room number, and they wash, dry, and fold them, then deliver them to your room. That's absolutely amazing! Plus, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent. The other two hotels should really take some notes!"

"The hotel is located within the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, boasting stunning scenery. The hotel's style perfectly matches the area, making it a unique and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming; they immediately came to pick us up when we went to the wrong place, helped us with our luggage, and even escorted us directly to our room, providing a complimentary room upgrade. We were a bit tired upon arrival, so they let us order food from our room. The chef prepared the food before calling us, so we didn't have to come downstairs to eat. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and it was inexpensive – such thoughtfulness! They even baked some flatbread and gave it to us. Breakfast was a set meal (it was so delicious I only remembered to take a picture halfway through the meal), very plentiful and delicious. Staying here also saved us the entrance fee. I highly recommend this hotel; I'll definitely choose it again if I visit Mile again."

"Five stars is a must! This is my second time choosing this hotel, entirely because of my perfect experience last time. The moment I stepped into the room, that familiar comfort and sense of security returned. The room was spotless, and the white sheets had a sunny glow, which was incredibly reassuring. The convenience of the whole-room smart system impressed me again, especially the incredibly responsive Xiaodu smart speaker; a single command controlled the lights, curtains, TV, and air conditioning – this technological sophistication elevated the entire stay. There's also a self-service laundry room on the first floor with a dryer – so convenient! The attention to detail in every room reflects the management's dedication. This level of quality, cleanliness, and smart technology is a real gem at this price point. I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely book again next time I'm in Mile!"

"The boss upgraded the room for free. The hotel is in a good location, with many small shops nearby and the eco-tourism area within walking distance. There’s also free ice cream to eat. Good review!"

"The closet light in my room was broken, and for a family suite, they only provided one tissue box. To top it off, the front desk staff lectured me about scanning a QR code just to get something, which was a terrible experience. While the service seemed enthusiastic, it was completely insincere. I gave them my shoe size, yet they still gave me two pairs that were too small. They promised to help with luggage, but when I checked out, the staff were just chatting among themselves. When I called the front desk after realizing I left something behind, their attitude was perfunctory and cold – even a Hanting Hotel would have better service. The breakfast offered many options, but it was so crowded, noisy, and chaotic, it felt more like a wet market than a hotel restaurant. The hotel's exterior looks fine, but the interior facilities are old and outdated, completely lacking any modern feel. If you're coming specifically for the hot springs, there's absolutely no need to stay here. The prices are ridiculously high, and the service and amenities don't live up to them at all. It's extremely poor value for money; you're just paying for a bad time."

"Located within the Honghe Water Town urban tourism complex in the southern part of Mile City, this hotel boasts convenient transportation. Adjacent to a wetland park, it enjoys lush greenery and a tranquil, beautiful setting. The surrounding commercial street offers a wide variety of businesses, making it a well-established and mature destination. On the evening of my stay, the shower water temperature was slightly low. Upon receiving feedback, the butler promptly contacted the engineer for improvement. We suggest adding non-slip mats or floor towels to the shower areas and perhaps creating local attraction guides, souvenirs, and other gifts for guests. Although still in its trial operation period, the service was warm and efficient, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the experience of the signature storm hot spring and public soaking pools exceeded expectations. Compared to other local products, the price-performance ratio is outstanding, making it a worthwhile choice for future stays."

"The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast also featured local Mile specialties like braised chicken rice noodles, which tasted great, and the fruit was fresh. The room was clean and comfortable, so I got a really good rest. The public hot spring pools were also very clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just across the street from the scenic area. It has a terrace on the 6th floor with panoramic lake views. The bedding was very clean, and the toiletries were of good quality. It was also very quiet at night. We stayed for two days with an elderly person and a child, and it was very comfortable. It's pet-friendly, and the owner is very kind. They even gave us two bottles of fruit and flower vinegar when we checked out. It was a great stay, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Mile."
