It's clear the hotel really values guests' requirements. 👍🏼 The hotel environment is excellent, with good greenery, and staff are always maintaining it. Plus, every corner of the hotel is super photogenic! 😆 The front desk staff quickly processed our check-in and even upgraded our room for free! 👍🏼 They also explained all the important details clearly. 😎

"The room was very clean, equipped with a Toto smart toilet and a private hot spring, which was truly enjoyable. All the facilities in the room were excellent, and breakfast was plentiful. The B&B's location is great, very close to the lake. The best part, however, was the service. There were many complimentary convenience services available, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind, polite, and enthusiastic. After we checked out, they informed us that we had left an item of clothing in the room. I asked them to courier it to my next accommodation, and they even paid for the shipping without charging me. While the cost wasn't substantial, I'm still incredibly grateful."

Any needs we had after checking in were promptly and well resolved. We had a great experience. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was exactly as shown on the website."

The staff were incredibly welcoming; they immediately came to pick us up when we went to the wrong place, helped us with our luggage, and even escorted us directly to our room, providing a complimentary room upgrade. We were a bit tired upon arrival, so they let us order food from our room. The chef prepared the food before calling us, so we didn't have to come downstairs to eat. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and it was inexpensive – such thoughtfulness! They even baked some flatbread and gave it to us. Breakfast was a set meal (it was so delicious I only remembered to take a picture halfway through the meal), very plentiful and delicious. Staying here also saved us the entrance fee. I highly recommend this hotel; I'll definitely choose it again if I visit Mile again."

"Five stars is a must! This is my second time choosing this hotel, entirely because of my perfect experience last time. The moment I stepped into the room, that familiar comfort and sense of security returned. The room was spotless, and the white sheets had a sunny glow, which was incredibly reassuring. The convenience of the whole-room smart system impressed me again, especially the incredibly responsive Xiaodu smart speaker; a single command controlled the lights, curtains, TV, and air conditioning – this technological sophistication elevated the entire stay. There's also a self-service laundry room on the first floor with a dryer – so convenient!
The attention to detail in every room reflects the management's dedication. This level of quality, cleanliness, and smart technology is a real gem at this price point. I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely book again next time I'm in Mile!"

There's plenty to do nearby, with Mile Cultural and Sports Center, HQ Hot Spring Water Park Mile, Yunnan and Mile Indoor Stadium all within a short distance. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Mile hotel provides parking on site. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"The closet light in my room was broken, and for a family suite, they only provided one tissue box. To top it off, the front desk staff lectured me about scanning a QR code just to get something, which was a terrible experience.
While the service seemed enthusiastic, it was completely insincere. I gave them my shoe size, yet they still gave me two pairs that were too small. They promised to help with luggage, but when I checked out, the staff were just chatting among themselves. When I called the front desk after realizing I left something behind, their attitude was perfunctory and cold – even a Hanting Hotel would have better service.
The breakfast offered many options, but it was so crowded, noisy, and chaotic, it felt more like a wet market than a hotel restaurant.
The hotel's exterior looks fine, but the interior facilities are old and outdated, completely lacking any modern feel. If you're coming specifically for the hot springs, there's absolutely no need to stay here. The prices are ridiculously high, and the service and amenities don't live up to them at all. It's extremely poor value for money; you're just paying for a bad time."

The shower water temperature was slightly lower on the night of check-in. The housekeeper contacted the engineer in time to improve after receiving feedback. It is recommended to add non-slip mats or floor towels in the shower room, and try to make guides and souvenirs for customers around the local attractions.
Although it is still a trial business period, the service enthusiasm process is smooth, the room is clean and tidy, the special storm hot spring and public pool experience overall exceeds expectations, and the quality and price ratio of local products is very prominent, it is worth choosing again."

"The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just across the street from the scenic area. It has a terrace on the 6th floor with panoramic lake views. The bedding was very clean, and the toiletries were of good quality. It was also very quiet at night. We stayed for two days with an elderly person and a child, and it was very comfortable. It's pet-friendly, and the owner is very kind. They even gave us two bottles of fruit and flower vinegar when we checked out. It was a great stay, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Mile."

GGuest UserThis time I went to Maitreya to relax. By chance, I booked Niu Xiaoxiao, which subverted my understanding of scenic accommodation! How to say it, it is like living in a friend’s exquisite small courtyard, from the red brick exterior wall to the room decoration, there are Maitreya elements everywhere, the boss and the proprietress are super good, and I have shared a lot of practical play guides with me. After I am tired from playing every day, I like to drink tea and blow the hair in the small courtyard. It’s much more comfortable than catching the attractions. I really experienced a slow life here. If the holiday is not about to end, I want to stay a few more days and come next time! ! !

To be honest, I think it is okay to get such a room during the May Day holiday. After all, it is a national chain hotel. What I think is not right is that the hot spring water has a strong disinfectant smell. If the hot spring and swimming pool are open during normal times, it is still worth it.

MM310629****The environment is excellent, and the service is very attentive. Every staff member is professional and patient. Special shout-outs to Mi Tao 🍑, Cao Mei 🍓, You Zi 🍐, and Pu Tao 🍇. The hotel is conveniently located right at the entrance of the scenic area. The hot springs are quite unique, the singing bowl sound healing is very therapeutic, and the Baduanjin and meditation sessions are also very interesting.

GGuest Uservery good. After playing, I went downstairs to soak in the hot spring. There was a pool that was perfect for my daughter to play in. She had so much fun that she refused to leave even after 12:30 in the evening. The water is very clean and there are lifebuoys for the children🛟. You can rinse on the first floor, there is warm water, and the rest area is also very nice. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and attentive. She patiently told us where to eat, drink and have fun. When we left, we forgot our phone, watch and drinks, so the lady at the front desk chased us out to give them to us. 👍

You can even walk to the popular Kaleidoscope attraction. Staying here lets you avoid the crowds and take amazing photos! The hotel environment is lovely, the rooms are very clean, and it's quiet all around. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, just like a friend – so professional and thoughtful.

The room was big and bright, and just 20 meters away there were so many food choices. It was easy to take the bus to all the local sights. The reception staff were so kind in advising me on how to take the regional bus to Jianshui. Highly recommend

The soundproofing of the room is very poor, and you can hear the conversation outside clearly in the room. The water for taking a shower at night is hot and cold, and it is difficult to adjust to a balance point unless you take a shower after 12 o'clock in the evening.

shiyirongThe room is clean and tidy, the location is excellent, 2 kilometers away from the high-speed entrance on the national highway, I chose it during the trip to Shilin, the eldest sister is very enthusiastic, help with luggage, can wash the car, and send us fresh corn to eat! The toilet squat, because there is a sheep pen behind, so there is a smell!
