The hotel is located in the new urban area of ​​Mile City, surrounded by guesthouses and hotels. The streets within the residential area are clean and tidy, with lush greenery and fragrant flowers lining the roads. Stepping into the hotel lobby, one is immediately struck by the artistic atmosphere. Several oil paintings hang on the walls, demonstrating exceptional skill; they are said to be the owner's own work. The receptionist is beautiful, generous, meticulous, and efficient; she is reportedly the manager. When checking out, the waiting time for our car was long, but the receptionist flexibly extended our stay by half an hour. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was spotless. The bathroom and sink were separated, and there were no unpleasant odors. The breakfast was particularly noteworthy. It was delicious and visually appealing, and the kitchen staff were exceptionally welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Room looks exactly like the advertised picture. Staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. As all the rooms are located on the 2nd floor and there is no lift or elevator, a male staff helps to carry our luggage to the room. Room is big and is near to almost all attractions. An unexpected perk was the bathroom heater light—a total game-changer after a shower. Downside: no lift / elevator. Breakfast is way too simple. A bowl of “mixian” & an egg will be served separately along with few items like steamed peanuts, mantou, sweet potato from the buffet area. No fridge in the room. Very quiet area at night. With minimal food and activities. There is one 7-11 in the park, with operating hours till 7pm.

The hotel is in a simple small courtyard in the center of Kexuan. Although the flowers are withered in winter, there is a tree outside the small building we live in, which is very festive. The hotel staff is pure enthusiasm, work hard, and there are some sudden small problems in the middle of winter and come to help solve them. The hotel bedding is comfortable and the environment is quiet. The advantage of living here is that you have not missed the wonderful folk performances and various food scenery.

Hygienic: There is no obvious sanitary corner, and the bathroom has no smell. Service: Check-in at the front desk is fast and pet friendly.

You can rinse on the first floor, there is warm water, and the rest area is also very nice. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and attentive. She patiently told us where to eat, drink and have fun. When we left, we forgot our phone, watch and drinks, so the lady at the front desk chased us out to give them to us. 👍

The hotel is fully equipped, but the hot and cold water supply system is very unstable, which may be a problem with the design at the beginning. The most satisfying thing is the hotel's hot springs, the water is very clean, and the hot springs are rich in variety and love. Although other hotels also have hot springs, there is no rich variety of this store.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the young man on duty around noon on April 13th. He patiently explained how to book a taxi to the high-speed rail station, how to visit the scenic spots, and detailed that a car would take us to the restaurant after breakfast, and that another car would take us to the back entrance to catch our ride after breakfast. In short, the service was attentive and heartwarming! The young staff on the morning shift on April 14th were also very responsible, helping us with our luggage and getting into the car. The hotel is located within the scenic area, next to the Kaleidoscope Art Museum and the lakeside, making it convenient for sightseeing in a beautiful setting!

You can even walk to the popular Kaleidoscope attraction. Staying here lets you avoid the crowds and take amazing photos! The hotel environment is lovely, the rooms are very clean, and it's quiet all around. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, just like a friend – so professional and thoughtful.

Although the breakfast is not luxurious but balanced in nutrition, hot dishes, porridge points, fruits are complete and satisfying. The overall price is very high, the three-diamond price enjoys the quality of four diamonds, the next trip will choose here, the main parking is convenient, the room is large, the sanitary and clean facilities are well-equipped, and the business trip is very suitable.
