I'm speechless🙄. This is my second time here. The front desk is still cold and distant. What makes me most angry is that there are hygienic problems in the breakfast. There are hairs falling into the porridge. I asked the staff, and one of them was there. In the kitchen, a man in plain clothes took the bowl and told me that another guest had fallen in. He glanced at me contemptuously and said that I would just change it to another bowl. There was no apology. This was still a newly opened hotel. Then I told the platform, and the platform intervened. When I checked out, the front desk didn't say anything. I was speechless and the service attitude was very poor.
