Love this hotel!! The service staff at the breakfast restaurant were impeccable and so friendly. Made us feel like friends! Breakfast variety was extensive enough. Only thing no good was coffee and the in room coffee (Italian drip coffee) was no good too.
Rooms were clean and spacious. They have self service laundry room. Gym was very basic, treadmill not working.
River view makes the stay even more unforgettable.
Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great. I accompanied my 90-year-old father to Tonglu for a visit. Although we can't climb mountains and take boats like young people, the Atuo River View Room on the Fuchun River is the best choice for the elderly. The weather was hot and humid when we came. Sitting in the room with the cool air-conditioning, drinking tea from Atuo Village, and looking at the misty Fuchun River landscape in all its forms, I am very grateful to Atuo for all the services and products it provides us. The hotel staff is very warm and friendly. From helping us upgrade to 2 Jimu River View Rooms when we check in to providing us with mineral water for us to drink on the road after check-out, we were left with memories of being at home everywhere. Next time I come to Tonglu with friends, I will choose this hotel again without hesitation. By the way, although I usually drink all kinds of Internet celebrity drinks, the honey black tea in Atuo Village and the welcome fruit tea in the lobby are really good. Overall, I am quite satisfied. I was given a late check-out at 2 o'clock, and the service was very responsive. The hotel is European-style and golden. It is on the bank of Fuchun River. You can stroll along the river after dinner. The room is very spacious, and the city view on the 30th floor is unobstructed. The swimming pool is also very clean, and the children had a lot of fun

The slow-life homestay by the Fuchun River is large enough for four people to live in, and the design is reasonable so that they don't disturb each other. Lying on the lazy sofa and looking at the blue sky and white clouds, the whole person is empty. The next day, there was a heavy rain in the mountains, and there was another mood. The only thing you need to be careful about is that you have to go up and down the stairs to the bathroom, which needs to be marked.
Service: We came to play in the off-season before the New Year. The manager invited us and other guests to drink tea and chat around the stove, and there were also melon seeds, tangerines, and flower cakes. We had a good time.
Hygiene: Clean and comfortable, it is recommended to add a few hooks to the bathroom.
Facilities: The mineral water is from Italy, and the bathroom supplies are also from Muji, which is very refreshing.

RRenjianzhidaoIt is a very correct choice to come here in this season. Since I chose a homestay in Yabuli, Harbin, I came to experience the southern homestay in this off-season in the north. I never thought that in these mountains, I could experience a homestay with a strong sense of design. The butler service is in place. After booking, they contacted us quickly and spent 40 minutes explaining the construction process of the homestay. They also upgraded our room and we can watch movies in the cinema at night. It's really good!

XXiaodongguaIt can only be said that it was a barely passable stay experience, and it was not outstanding among Conrad hotels.
Let’s talk about the advantages first. The geographical location is indeed a secluded hotel, and the natural environment and the lake view from the room are still good. If there are places you want to go in the hotel, there are also small cars to pick you up.
The rest are almost all shortcomings: first of all, the room layout is really unreasonable. The luggage rack is not in the entrance but hidden in the closet in the bathroom, and guests need to find it themselves.
The air conditioner is also a bit noisy. My family members even couldn’t sleep at night because of the noise. The lavender pillows were changed the next night and it was a little better.
Finally, the buffet breakfast, the category, especially the Chinese breakfast, is very limited, and I personally feel that the dishes are a bit salty. I really don’t understand why such a breakfast costs more than 200 per person, and it is not even as good as other ordinary Hilton product line breakfasts.
In short, overall, it is not very recommended. The price-performance ratio seems a bit unworthy, especially under the Conrad brand. Please choose according to your own circumstances.

In the evening, the boss helped me find a small hand burner for moxibustion and delivered it to him. The room was also given montmorillonite powder for emergency use. It's really very considerate! !
Let’s talk about accommodation conditions. The room facilities are very good, with a large projection screen and a large bathtub. Worrying about insects in the room in the mountains is completely unnecessary. The breakfast is also very delicious.
