"I had a comfortable stay. The bed rustled a little, but I slept well enough. The air conditioning worked well. They said you have to throw your trash out when you leave, but that wasn't a problem. The bathroom was spacious, and since Avignon is a small city and it was a festival season, I was able to wander around and see the sights, so the distance didn't feel that far."

"We stayed at this hotel for a day visit to Avignon followed by an early morning TGV train to Paris. It’s excellently located for this. "The hotel is on the main street from the railway station, about 5 minutes walk to it. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, cream. There is no refrigerator or safe. The single room has a short closet, so you can't hang long things. I hung my trousers on a hanger and on the closet door. No elevator, for those who care. I didn't take breakfast. I'm happy with the hotel."

"The traffic is quite convenient, the taxi can go directly into the parking lot, take the elevator directly to the lobby, some stairs, not friendly to the cart. Very close to the Pope's Palace, walk for 3-4 minutes.
Breakfast is good, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, you can bring your own water cup to pack, but it is best to drink it in1-2 hours.
The room is small and there is no view. Open the window will be a bit noisy.
The service is OK, if you tip, you will be very happy 😂"

The room is fully equipped and convenient in the ancient city. The handsome brother service is very good. He also helps to park the car early in the morning. The car is also driven to the door. TT5-HammerIf you’re looking for a unique historic experience in Avignon, I strongly recommend this hotel. The wall of the room was several hundreds years old and we felt like drawn into a time trip. Veronique and Fabrice were very kind and we could stay comfortably as Fabrice recommended us many good restaurants.

It was a little noisy at night during the theater festival, but it was basically quiet after 11 p.m. It's within walking distance of the main attractions. I was very satisfied with the hotel service, including handwritten cards and small gifts. The room was also very clean and exquisite. The store phone on Trip.com is French voice, just understand a sentence, please dial 5 for English messages. I called several times and no one answered. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. I was bitten by 6 bags, and the other was bitten by countless. The bag on my finger was finally connected to a white line, looking scary.
Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. The induction cooker is not enough, half fried and half stewed, and it can be considered to be able to eat. There is no serious kitchen knife and silicone shovel. The two men ran to the first floor for a meal, and finally gathered together the kitchen utensils and played pure water. The tap water can't be drunk when it boils, it's all water alkali

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.

KKaliboliujieGreat location, just outside the Old Town and right next to it! Excellent service, and the guy at the front desk was super handsome and had a cool, confident vibe! The breakfast restaurant also had a very handsome staff member! Everyone was just so good-looking! The only downside was the parking, which was €13 per day. It was perfect for resting our feet after a day of exploring the Old Town!
