"The hottest day of the trip, stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first day was very dissatisfied. I didn't fall asleep until 2 am. Our room has always been ventilated with a trash can on the door. At almost 5 o'clock, I went downstairs and the air in the room was much fresher. I really want to sleep outside. Daniallia at the front desk that morning was very, very professional. After understanding my super dissatisfaction, I upgraded the suite and made up for it. But I still forgot to help us deliver the luggage to our room and agreed. The overall biggest problem with this hotel is that there are not enough staff.
