"I stayed in a single room 512. It was a larger than expected room and the bed was high and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find you can catch the H91 bus from Osterley or walk for 15 mins from the station. The room had a fridge, TV and a decent bathroom with body cream in addition to all the usual cleansers. The shower was great! The room was carpeted and that was nice. There was a kettle with a basic range of hot drinks. The breakfast was good but the coffee not so good. I liked the choice of fresh fruit. The hot breakfast was varied but a bit cold. The toaster was not toasting the bread that well. The croissants were very nice crappy and fresh. The staff were pleasant and the foyer areas welcoming. I enjoyed my stay as I was visiting Kew Gardens and it took a short bus ride directly from the hotel and that was very good. So local to visit Kew Gardens. There are lots of food places around the hotel that are excellent value. I tried a chicken Biryani and it was superb! All very reasonably priced. The H91 bus stop is directly outside the hotel. I had a good view of Heathrow airport from my window and I was amazed how many flights went over the hotel. I couldn’t hear the planes but enjoyed watching them. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay again. It was a good value choice and met all my needs. Excellent stay for visiting Kew Gardens and a very reasonable price! The images I’ve uploaded are the hotel from the outside the view from my room, interior of the room after I stayed! And the bathroom and cleansers hope it’s a help folks!"

"Not a great experience for an IHG hotel for the first time. The staffs (except for the manager) were unfriendly and not proactive in their service. There was no smile on their faces when you engage them. Also, for the first time, our hotel card was deactivated because we apparently put too close to our mobile phones or other cards, which made no sense. No amenities are provided unless you request for it and it took them an hour to send a toothbrush up. Floor is also not cleaned properly. We shifted the table and there was so many crumbs on the floor. Worst experience ever."

"The location is good near to underground Houslow central but this station doesn’t have an elevator so please be careful for a huge suitcase you have to use stairs to platform. Breakfast available for 9 pound per person"

"I was very pleasantly surprised by how good my stay was. The staff were very polite and even answered my questions over SMS message. I've not experienced 'US' levels of customer service from a UK hotel until I visited here. The best thing about this venue is the bar and dining downstairs. Much better than your average hotel. Jacks served acceptable food and drinks but carries on the theme of good service and politeness. Good location also, being only a short walk to Hatton Cross tube station. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is okay overall. It has a good location, especially if you have a flight the next day, as it’s close to the bus stop. It is a bit far from the city center, but transportation is easy and convenient. The food is decent. However, the place is not very clean the tissue we found looked used and had green stains and finger marks on it. Aside from that issue, the rest of the place was generally clean. O also no coffee and hair dryer 😩😩 tho maybe u can request"
