"My review for stay 3D2N: 1. Room condition: It looks low-grade and falls short of 5-star hotel expectations. 2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the sink in the room was poor. 3. Noise level: The room window faces the main street, and traffic noise is clearly audible inside the room. The soundproofing is inadequate. 4. Breakfast: The breakfast menu lacked variety, falling far behind the standards of other 5-star hotels. Overall, I rate my experience as ”Poor” for a 5-star hotel standard. I hope they can make significant improvements in the future."

"The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, both in the rooms and public areas. The room felt comfortable and well-organized. The breakfast menu offered a good variety of tasty options. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive. Especially during check-out, I was assisted by Ms. Nurul, who provided quick and helpful service. One thing to note is that access to the hotel is currently not ideal because the road leading to it is under renovation, which slightly affected the travel comfort. However, overall, the stay at this hotel was quite satisfying."

"Long Check in queue ,with that speed of service, they should use queuing number system as in banks. Standing for 20 minutes is a no for hospitality service. The card reader on elevator need to be fixed, it does not work most of the time. Bottled Water provided are too small, and 3 usd for another bottle are ridiculously pricey. Plus there is no vending machine to purchase normal priced beverages. Other than those, the hotel does a good job."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It’s quite compact and convenient for a family vacation: you can see animals, watch shows, and enjoy activities all within the area without needing to go elsewhere. It’s especially suitable if you have a small baby like us. Bringing a baby to the bigger Taman Safari might be overwhelming, so this feels like a good “starter pack” to still create memories. I’d recommend coming in the morning before check-in, enjoying the facilities, staying overnight, and going to the pool again in the morning before check-out—perfect for a short escape. One thing I wish was different is that some rides still require additional payment. It’s not expensive, but that’s exactly why it feels like it should be included for hotel guests. Paying extra on top of the room rate makes it feel a bit petty. We stayed at the Leopard Hotel, and unfortunately, the walls were quite thin. We could hear noise from the next room (including loud music) and from the hallway, which was not ideal since we have a baby who naps during the day. Considering the price, the room experience didn’t feel optimal. On the positive side, we visited during Ramadan and the staff were very accommodating. They woke us up for sahur via phone call and even provided a wara-wiri car pickup. When we booked buka puasa at the restaurant, they kindly gave us a table near the aquarium, our baby loved it. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, it was still an okay experience for us."

"Pleasant stay. The hotel is located right by the highway, but the rooms are incredibly soundproof. There's a rooftop pool, but it was quite crowded when I was there, making the water a bit murky at the time."

"”The hotel is quite good, with a resort feel. The swimming pool is quite spacious, there's an outdoor playground, a small gym, a karaoke room, and a billiards table. We traveled with 4 children. The Junior Suite room is quite spacious, with facilities that are standard for a 3-star hotel. The reception staff was less helpful, but the other staff were quite helpful. I would recommend it for families.”"

"Its a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it. The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid. The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy. Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast. Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound. So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel. However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities. Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family."
