"We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority."

"Room was clean, bed very comfortable and the staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a mixture of local and basic western... good enough if included with room but would eat elsewhere if paying extra . Overall, a good choice!"

"GETS Hotel has many advantages. The staff is very friendly. But there are many things to improve. First, the bedding needs to be exchanged for a new one. Third, the hygiene of the room should be improved. Third, we must maintain a fair room sales policy. I was making an advertisement video during my stay, this is not important. We kindly ask that this matter be looked into and appropriate measures taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. "This is my second time to stay in this hotel within 2 months. the location is great, near the highway. great service in clean room. Their pub in the top floor has beautiful views, we enjoyed much in there. definitely will come back again next time."
