"I travel alone and stayed here for a day. The location was excellent! It was clean enough. The only thing I didn't like is that to settle down, you need to get an instruction on the wotsap. I didn't send it on time and had to stand under the door and write to the administrators. As a result, I was launched by someone from the guests. Then I couldn't figure out what bed number. This all spoiled the impressions, but in general, the experience was good."

"This is not a hotel so if you have luggage and get in early or want to leave late, there is no where to store your luggage for free. It’s like an AirBnB without the kitchen. If you need something like a tea or coffee, there is no bar or cafe or even reception to this place. It’s just a room and a bathroom with a balcony. It looks much better in the photo. I work in Italy often and this is the worst deal I’ve ever seen. This room should not be going for over 80 euros in the peak season, especially as it’s very much in need of fresh paint. Check-in was a hassle. I needed to fill out paperwork on my phone and upload images of my ID. Somehow I had made the reservation for 2, but it was only me. They asked twice for the id of the other person, even though I told them it was only me. I got the impression they are managing a great deal of rooms at once."

"Good room, the only one needs to be frozen to get inside. On the homephone you need to find the name of the hotel, among the residents. It is done by arrows up and down, then press the bells. "Everything was perfect. Especially breakfast!! I highly recommend that book your accommodation with breakfast. Room was also clean. housekeepers cleaned the room everyday. Walls thinner than I expected but it was quite ok. Additionally the hotel gifted the welcome drink at the bar. If I come to Bari again I definitely will stay this hotel again! 🥰🥰"

"The hostel is very clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every two or three days, and all common areas are always well maintained. You can really feel that cleanliness is a priority here.
The room is quite small, as mentioned in the description, so this is not a surprise. There are a few small things that could make the stay even more comfortable. There are no hangers in the room, and in the shower there is no shelf to put shampoo or toiletries. If small details were added, like a shower curtain in each shower, a small shelf near the bed, hooks for outerwear, and better kitchen knives, the place would be perfect."

"I was met by the host on arrival and shown my room and the amenities and how to work the tv and blinds.Nicolo was extremely helpful, served me a delightful breakfast and even ordered my taxi at the exact time I needed it. "The hotel is new, so the service is still poor.
When checking in, we were told that the reservation was not paid, although everything was paid for. And they could not resolve this issue for almost a day, they kept us in suspense because of this.
The air conditioner sometimes worked, sometimes not. It could turn off by itself at night, and then turn on by itself. In the midst of the heat in August - this is unacceptable.
It is very noisy with the window open.
We liked the breakfasts. Nice view of the city at breakfast.
The cleaners do not understand English.
For some reason, they put one 0.5 l bottle of water for two guests, there were no slippers, towels leave lint, one blanket for two and also without a duvet cover, which is extremely inconvenient and only two sheets on top and bottom.
These are the minuses.
Pros - quite clean, nice room, good location, for an early check-out they gave us lunch boxes, helped call a taxi."

DDonna ElisabethPhenomenal hotel!! The staff are so lovely, caring and competent. We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding. Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights. Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.
The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out. Very easy private parking for only €10 per day. The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari. The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town. Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer, Free coffee in Italy!!! Never heard of it!! The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

GGuest UserThe rooms are very modern and very clean, the breakfast is good, the hotel is well located next to a beach and there are plenty of buses that go to the city. The hotel shuttle to the old town is free, it's great.
We really liked the pool, the sweet potato fries and the stews to enjoy by the pool.
The staff is perfect, and special mention for Vito, the pool boy who is extremely nice and very helpful

Dante 3 Guesthouse by Apulia Accommodation was an excellent choice. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped with AC, comfy beds, free WiFi. Superb location - steps from shopping streets, Petruzzelli Theatre, great restaurants, and just a short walk to the old town and Basilica of Saint Nicholas. Self check-in was seamless, and the building feels modern and quiet. Great value for a central stay without hotel prices. Highly recommend—would stay again!

GGuest UserOne of the better hotel rooms we have been in. Nice open space with allot of room for the kids to play. The hygiene and comfort was excellent. The staff was also very helpfull and friendly. 100% reccommend people to go there. Dont be fooled by the outside pf the building. The hotel room inside is a hidden gem.

ММарияМатковичIt is a room on the 3rd floor in the flat with 6 rooms and two shared bathrooms. I missed informatiin about shared bathrooms and please pay attention on it. I occupied room number 3 .It was not big, but clean and convenient. It consists of air conditioner, which works very good, tv, small fridge and shellfs for clothes, table, kettle and small coffee machines with few tea bags and coffee capsuled. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Window were opened in the inner yard, not to the outside. Bathrooms were clean, they were cleaned by cleaner on daily basis. I got pack of towels-3 pieces. I stayed in this flat for 7 nights, towels were changed once per the whole period, for free. They have reception on the other Street, not far from property, if you want to pay for something by cash. I came late at night, in the entrance day I got link, by which I opened entrance door and also door to the flat. Near my room there was a black bok with keyd from my room and also from entrance door and door to the flat. Helpdesk is avaulable from 9 to 21 every day, they are answering questions fast and friendly. I asked for late check out, but it is possible to order it only till 1.30 PM, if you need to leave later, need to purchase the full night. Thanks a lot for owner and staff, all was perfect! Shared bathroom for me is not the best choice, but it was my mistake that I missed it in deception ... Location is very convenient, near old town and centrun. 10 mins on foot to reach Basilica of St Nicola. Many thanks 🙏

In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.
I want my money back

GGuest UserThe location of the apartments is good, to the Basilica of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker min. 10-15 walk along the embankment. To the beach Pane e Pomodoro is also not so far, it is nice to walk along the embankment, and it is beautiful in Bari. The old town is nearby and all the shops. The check-in was interesting. At the beginning you had to register online, you receive a code, on the wall by the door there is a safe, you enter the code and take the keys, go into the common corridor near the apartment there is another safe there is also a key directly to your apartment. The room was clean, not to say that it is very cozy, but we only came there to sleep. There were no breakfasts. Otherwise, I liked everything. Thank you.

Recently, there are more and more cases where apartments are used as accommodation, and the owners live in a different location.
Some accommodations are cutting costs too much.
Even when we contacted them, there were times when we had trouble over the phone, as the guests came from abroad and did not have sufficient language skills.
Also, even when guests arrived at the front door, they were made to wait an unnecessarily long time for the owner or their agent to arrive.
Since then, I have made it a rule to choose accommodations that have a proper reception, even if they are a little more expensive.
Guests arrive tired.
I hope that the number of accommodations with excessive costs does not increase too much.
