"Stayed at Hilton Niseko Village recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The biggest highlight is definitely the ski-in ski-out access, which makes it extremely convenient for anyone coming to Niseko for snowboarding or skiing. You can go straight from the hotel to the slopes without needing transportation. The location is great, surrounded by beautiful snow scenery and close to the ski lifts. The service was also good — staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. However, a couple of things could be improved. The hotel does not provide a microwave, which can be inconvenient if you want to heat up takeaway food. Also, there is no coin laundry service, which might be troublesome for longer stays, especially after days of snow activities. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a great location for skiing, but adding basic facilities like a microwave and coin laundry would make the experience even better."

It's the perfect escape from the summer heat, offering exceptional value for money and making it an ideal choice for a secluded getaway. The hotel boasts a minimalist yet refined decor, perfectly blending the sophistication of a high-end urban hotel with the serene ambiance of the natural mountain surroundings. Attention to detail is impeccable, and the service team is exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous, making guests feel completely at ease. Regarding dining, breakfast offers a delightful combination of à la carte and buffet options, with an extensive and nutritious selection. For dinner, I'd suggest exploring nearby restaurants for better value and variety. Its location is truly a 'hidden gem' – secluded yet convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ski village's commercial area, which even in summer has a pleasant buzz. For those driving, it offers privacy and convenience. Guests without a car can easily connect via the Hilton hotel next to the ski slope, ensuring clear and efficient transportation. Niseko, beautiful year-round, truly transforms into a ski paradise in winter. The hotel's exclusive gondola serves as a 'private access lane,' offering genuine ski-in/ski-out convenience. Paired with a master-designed night illumination show, it adds a romantic touch to the snowy evenings. Compared to other popular ski resorts, this area feels more tranquil and private, making it especially ideal for families or discerning travelers seeking a premium experience. Undoubtedly, the standout features are the exclusive ski-in/ski-out gondola and the resort's appealing atmosphere, perfect for both summer and winter. The off-peak season, priced at nearly half of peak season rates, offers outstanding value. It's highly recommended for guests who value tranquility and appreciate meticulous service – whether it's a summer escape from the heat or a winter ski adventure, guests will find a double delight of comfort and serenity here."

"Overall a great stay. The biggest advantage is the convenience. It is truly ski in ski out, which makes it very easy to access the slopes without needing to travel anywhere. The slopes here are also very beginner friendly. They are not too steep, which makes it a comfortable place to learn or practice skiing. I also took a 2 hour private ski lesson arranged through the hotel. Our instructor, Yuki, was very friendly, patient, and encouraging, which made the learning experience enjoyable. The only downside was the food. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had quite limited variety, and the taste was just average. Considering the price we paid, the food did not feel very worth it. Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you want convenience and easy access to beginner friendly slopes. Just do not expect too much from the buffet."

"We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!"

"Enjoying the onsen in the hotel after a long day of skiing was so refreshing and soothing. Their breakfast was nice too with varieties and our room was so spacious, we enjoyed our stay there."

"This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run."

"Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations."

"Very traditional, amazing onsen and breakfast. Do leave the keys behind when you head out (traditional Japanese system). Must return to the accommodation and collect your keys by midnight. Parking is free (outdoors only). Drying room available is great for my snow gear."

"The room was pretty good, and overall, I had a great experience. This trip to Niseko, a renowned ski destination with many luxury hotels, was a perfect end to my vacation. I stayed in the hotel's Deluxe Panorama Room, and it was an excellent experience overall."

"My daughter and I arrived here for one night and found our stay very comfortable and luxurious, although it was only a brief visit. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we were unable to add an additional guest for dinner that evening, who was also staying in the resort so instead we chose to cancel dinner and eat out all together. Similarly we were also unable try the food at breakfast as we arrived just before 9am, but were too late so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to go. I would have liked a longer time there to try the food and also the Onsen as the hotel was lovely."
