"Since this was our first foreign trip together, I wanted our four nights here to be a special treat. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi suite with sea view was a major disappointment and downright waste of money. The balcony jacuzzi was unusable since the water was, at best, lukewarm, and the water pressure poor. However, the breathtaking view from our room was simply to die for. Unfortunately, that's what I almost did since the guardrail on the balcony had a bolt unfastened and shifted dangerously under my weight!
Inside, the wallpaper was coming off the walls in several places but the ac worked well and the bed was comfy.
The manager did his best to remedy the problems and even offered to move us to another suite which we declined since it was smaller and had a lesser view. And there lies the redeeming quality of this hotel. It's staff! Everyone from the restaurant manager to the activities director was geniunly friendly and helpful. No fake smiles or canned greetings.
Despite the disappointment of paying for a jacuzzi that we couldn't use, the amazing view from our balcony and the wonderful staff made our stay at King Royal Palace Ölüdeniz truly memorable."

"I booked two rooms at the same time. See the previous post for detailed reviews. Here are a few additional points: some rooms have limited countertop space, and the bedside tables are replaced with wooden stools, which are shabby and inconvenient. The terraces between the rooms are unfenced, allowing easy access to each other, which can feel a bit unsafe. The buffet breakfast was okay. The room was clean, and the bath towels and face towels were good quality. There was a hairdryer, electric kettle, shower cap, cotton swabs, sewing kit, disposable slippers, and a locker; the amenities were quite complete."

"Fethiye is a wonderful city, and this is a lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast. Without exception, all the staff are focused on making guests as comfortable as possible. There's a regular bus stop just a four-minute walk away, which takes you to the city center for a stroll through the clean and well-maintained streets. From that same bus stop, you can also get to the Blue Lagoon in Ölüdeniz, the cable car up Babadağ mountain, and the former Greek town of Kayaköy. This town was abandoned by its local population during a forced exchange with the Turks to avoid another genocide. This 'ghost town' has stood for over 100 years, and they kindly charge 160 Lira for entry. To catch the 7:30 AM bus to Antalya from Fethiye station, I walked 20 minutes to the first morning bus at 6:54 AM, which runs on a parallel street to the nearest bus stop."

"The hotel rooms are quite satisfactory. The highlight is that they have a balcony with a nice view of the sea. The hotel is on a mountain 10 minutes' drive from the seaside. It is recommended for self-driving tourists otherwise it will be inconvenient to climb the mountain. "The rooms were very clean, the room service ladies did my laundry really good, the hotel breakfast was great (although we almost got scammed at their restaurant/bar when I was there and they did a scan called “menu-switching” thinking I’d not notice).
When it was 3 of us, they showed us a double bed room with only 1 bed and didn’t offer a Family deluxe room with 3 beds UNTIL I asked them if they have such a room (Cause I saw it on trip.com). At the end we decided to get into 2 rooms. But somehow now the Family deluxe rooms with 3 beds says they are sold out, and only the rooms with 1 bed are available on this app. I wonder why. Is it another scam to make customers get separate rooms and pay more."

"Instead of staying in Fethiye, we opted for the Luxury Blue Hotel on Oludeniz Beach, which was a fantastic experience. The hotel facilities are new, and the staff are generally very good, almost always greeting us proactively. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, a bit far, but it's quieter, so I prefer staying nearby. For paragliding, island hopping, and other tours, you can request a hotel pick-up. The breakfast buffet was generous, and after dinner, the non-Chinese people began to relax in the sun on the beach chairs by the pool."

"The hotel is in excellent condition, the room is new, nothing is falling apart.
All appliances are in excellent working order, washing machine powder and dishwasher detergent were provided.
Air conditioners in each room work perfectly and are quiet.
The plumbing is like new, the shower has excellent pressure at any time of day, and there's no shortage of hot water.
Our room was on the ground floor with its own small terrace surrounded by greenery, so you can't be seen from the outside.
Friendly staff, 24-hour reception. Don't worry if your flight is late; they'll be waiting for you.
The hotel's location is excellent: the beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away, a dolmush stop is nearby, and the city center is 30 minutes away. The Migros supermarket next door is open until 11:00 PM, and across the street is the Makrocenter supermarket (which has a better selection than Migros). The hotel is located on a quiet street, so there's no noise at night. The only downside is that swimming in the pool is prohibited after 8:00 PM, which is strange, as the pool is nice and new with night lighting, so perhaps that's the norm."

I recently stayed at Liberty Lykia Adults Only, and the experience exceeded all expectations. This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere.
✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet.
✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.
✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space.
✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea.
✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation.
💯 I highly recommend Liberty Lykia Adults Only for anyone seeking a luxurious, quiet, and beautifully maintained resort experience. If I return to this region, I will absolutely stay here again.

DdenizvatThis was hands down one of the best holidays I have ever had!! Let me begin by congratulating the whole team including the cleaning team, service staff, the customer satisfaction reps and many others behind the scenes. Their attention to detail, smiley faces and attentiveness made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and full of all amenities one may ever need; though it wasn’t available during booking the management has kindly arranged two twin beds for us instead of a double. The facilities themselves were superb: two big pools, a secret beach that can be reached with a 5 minute shuttle boat ride, a 24/7 gym, nightly concerts, and boat tours to explore the turquoise waters of the region - all included in the booking (except for the Spa/Turkish bath which would have been nice to include in the package). Food and drinks were of optimum quality available all day and night. Again, I thank the whole team for this amazing experience and I can’t wait to book my next holiday at this incredible establishment!

Booked here for one night as had an early start in morning to get our bus.
Our room was gorgeous - very spacious we booked a room with a round bathtub in the room & it didn't disappoint soo relaxing.
Lovely comfy bed & bedding was lovely quality + smelt wonderful.
One tiny gripe with the room is there does need to be possibly one light that you can make brighter if you wish as lighting in room has been designed with room ambiance in mind...
Also whilst the location is brilliant for shopping , dining out etc it is on quite a noisy street so just bear that in mind if you like ultra quiet rooms.
Breakfast was a delight - lovely staff attending you & the breakfast was of very high ingredients.
I only wish we had been able to stay a few more nights but we will definitely be going back neck year & this time we will book a table at the restaurant downstairs Le Populaire which has rave reviews.
Thank you to all staff at ROOME for making our stay so enjoyable 😀

SShawnThis hotel is amazing! In terms of transportation, it is next to the bus station, and there is also a supermarket and ice cream shop, which is very convenient. The hotel has all kinds of facilities, including washing machines, kitchens, and swimming pools. You can really relax in the hotel for the whole day. The boss was also very friendly and helped us solve many problems. This hotel is worth staying in again next time!

GGabí XaminHotel is ok, in a nice location, just the cleaning is not so great, hot water for a shower I could get just slightly warm, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work anywhere over there, not even at the reception!
Checking is 2pm it’s ok, but even they have the rooms ready and the guests arrived before 2pm, they holding us and don’t let us to go to the room before 2pm!
Breakfast was not great, say’s till 10:30am, one of the days I went 10:20am and more than half of the things were gone, and also I have asked a drink (tea) that never had been served!
They didn’t have any drinks available that day for the guests!
I think missing lots of think, the construction is old, but really great if they would have a bit more care about, need some refurbishment but still ok, the cleaners were very nice, friendly, but need to clean a bit better, always when I went to have shower was liking water under the shower box to all the bathroom, and the water stays there till they went to clean the next day!
And also my small fridge was on, but didn’t work at all!

GGuest UserThe cutest little spot in Oludeniz. The bungalows with the jacuzzi add to the ambience. You can see the paragliding from your balcony which is an added bonus. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and you can book the paragliding there for around £50. Please be aware that this hotel is on a steep hill, so walking to, and from your room will definitely make your legs, stronger and toned. Family friendly.

GGuest UserThe place has an amazing view! (Family room, 1 queen + 2 singles). You will enjoy it every breakfast and dinner!
The owner speaks very good English as well. You don't need to worry about language problems.
The room is quite clean. I didn't give full points because we cleaned the Terrace floor by ourselves as it was very dusty (I consider this is ok, as it does get dusty after 2 days) and the edges of the shower cell door were not perfectly cleaned.
You need to climb up on the steep hill and the place is at the end of it. Therefore you have a great view; however, this also means many cars will pass by and loud. You don't need to really worry about the sound during sleep, as the window seals the sounds off. There are e-louvers that can also block lights in the morning. (I do recommend getting up early and enjoy the nice dawn view.
You can cook there, but you should definitely prepare a portable kitchen knife.
It's also close to dolmus (local bus) station and the best coffee (La Farine & Patisserie) we found in the whole tourist area.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing experience. The hotel is located in a very lively place with many restaurants and shopping stores around it. We booked a superior room with sea view and the view was gorgeous where you can see the harbor, the sea, and the mountains. The room was spacious and allowed us to feel comfortable throughout our vacation. Fuat in the reception is an extraordinary person. He made our vacation one of a kind by suggesting excellent excursions with an excellent tourist company and booking for us a marvelous restaurant in one of the Islands with a great sunset view. Fuat is extremely helpful and truly a nice guy who made a difference to our experience as he is very kind and helpful.
