"Super hôtel! Personnel très accueillant et proactif! Très bonne amplitude horaire pour les départs et arrivées Service de navettes gratuites que ce soit aussi bien pour se rendre à EPCOT (non testée mais à partir de ce parc il est possible de se rendre notamment à magic kingdom via le monorail super pratique) et à Universal Studios. Les horaires sont tôt le matin pour arriver et commencer dès l’ouverture Enfin, l’hôtel est tout proche d’Universal Studios, très pratique pour rentrer potentiellement en taxi ou autre et profiter des nombreuses boutiques et animations le soir"

"Not overwhelmingly luxurious, but it has a good bed and a great breakfast. If you're just looking for a good night's sleep and a decent breakfast, like us, then this is truly a perfect choice! Would book this again in a heartbeat!"

"This is my second stay recently. There was an exhibition going on. The floor is relatively low and it felt very damp. The makeup mirror almost fell off on the first day of stay. I called the front desk and they quietly took it away. The housekeeping was good. They left a card to inform me that the room was not cleaned."

"Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited.. Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines. Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm. We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶 This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰"

"Really great hotel very close to the South Concourse of the Orlando Convention center. Other concourses has a sky bridge to avoid the sun and rain! The rooms were spacious and clean! Hotel staff are attentive and always helpful. Having a Walgreens next door is also amazing to buy anything you might have forgotten for your trip. Overall a really great hotel!"

"The hotel was fine for what we paid. The room was spacious, and although outdated, still pleasant and comfortable. We slept well. The hotel complex itself was very large with multiple buildings containing the rooms, which made it confusing to find our room, especially since one of the two the elevators for our building- (the elevator closest to our 5th story room) was out of order, so we had to re-park our car when we finally found our building and the working elevator. But overall it was fine and the location was good, with everything we needed close by."

"We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price. The location is quite convenient; right outside, there's a gas station, a convenience store, and even the world's largest McDonald's. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find a large supermarket, a car rental pickup point, various restaurants, and a Chinese buffet. The facilities are also pretty comprehensive, including a free shuttle service to and from Universal Studios. The room itself was definitely a bit dated, but the front desk staff member who checked us in was super helpful. We got a second-floor room facing the inner courtyard, which was very quiet and had no musty smell. (However, I imagine rooms facing the road might be quite noisy, so it's probably best to avoid those if you can.)"

"The staff were very kind and welcoming. I stayed for three nights to visit Disney. The daily housekeeping and bed-making were excellent—they really helped me relax after a long day at the parks. Each Disney park was about a 20-minute drive away, and Disney Springs was about a 30-minute walk or 10 minutes by bus. This hotel will definitely make your Disney stay even better."
