"Even though I gave them a score of 4, if the is an overall rating I would give a 3. They messed up my reservation. I booked a king bed with bay view but instead they put me in a room with 2 double beds and the view was the back of a tennis/pickle ball court. Room was on first level of Lanai tower near end of the hallway close to stairs so high foot traffic so noise come from everywhere, footsteps from second level, hallway, and from outside balcony.☹️

"Originally chose this one to see it has a refrigerator and battery stove for a small half-month stay. But the refrigerator is very noisy and the air conditioning system is the same. In addition, the hotel is not adequately staffed, every time I remind the front desk staff to do hygiene. But someone came only the next day. Also laundry and drying is expensive. Laundry room costs $16 at a time. Also due to close to the highway, the environmental noise problem is serious."

"San Diego has a beautiful environment, but the room is arranged in the corridor near the door. Is there a parking lot outside? There is noise and exhaust gas. Can Ctrip's overseas hotel rooms have better quality control? The booking price is much higher than the hotel's later average price."

"Bathrooms need to be updated. Shower was old and looked dirty and there were areas that seemed to have mold. The pools were good for kids. They offered s’mores only for one hour which was not convenient for our schedule so we didn’t experience. Curtains weren’t blackout which is difficult when you have small children and lots of light comes in. "

FFussy BeeThe greater the hope, the greater the disappointment. Let's talk about the good things about this hotel first. The sanitation of the room and corridor is good, the taste of the breakfast is also OK, and the location of the hotel is good. The USS Midway aircraft carrier is not far from the window. But for some reason, there is always a harsh and annoying sound outside the window. At first, we thought it was the sound of some electrical appliances. After a while, we realized that it might be due to the design of the building itself. The noise caused by the wind outside the high-rise window. This continuous noise seriously affected our rest. Another thing we are not satisfied with is the design and layout of the room. We live in a corner king-size bed room. The room area is very small. The sofa and TV are placed not far from the entrance of the room. The air conditioner is facing the sofa, and the cold wind blows directly at people. The design is very unreasonable. The bathroom is large, but the strange thing is that the washbasin is designed to be very narrow and the shower area is not large enough. It is almost difficult for tall guests to move and turn around in it. In addition, the frosted large glass window in the bathroom is too transparent, and a movable curtain should be installed to block the light. The last thing that made us unhappy with this hotel was that they charged $12 per package for storage. This is unheard of and simply incomprehensible.

AAnonymous UserThis is an old hotel with rich cultural background, all the staff are very friendly, the room service is timely and in place, the bedding and mattress are very comfortable, the breakfast is not to mention, the weekend menu will be replaced with the brunch menu. All the above advantages allow me to tolerate the only disadvantage of zero view from the window. Parking is valet, there is a cvs at the door, and there is a taco that ranks first in the United States within five minutes' walk, which is pretty good, but there is homeless on the roadside

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on a peninsula, with the bay front and back, and the scenery is beautiful. It is a few kilometers away from downtown, so it is convenient to drive to shopping and eating. There is a parking lot downstairs for 30 knives a day. The front desk service attitude is very good, and the check-in is very fast. The room facilities are a bit old, and there is a small balcony with a sea view. The bathroom is generally clean, but a cockroach was found in the bathroom.

GGuest UserI was beyond belief impressed with every single aspect of my 3day 2 night Birthday stay in a Deluxe Premium Suite at Oceanside Marina Suites! Upon entering the hotel, it was so stunning with views on one side of the Marina & the other side was the gorgeous pool & the Pacific Ocean just beyond that!
I was greeted at the front desk by an extremely friendly & helpful agent named Monica, which started me off to a fantastic stay. I arrived early absolutely ready to wait but she surprisingly told me my room was ready, which was Awesome! As soon as I walked into my room, I was totally blown that my room had the view of the pool which led to a cove & past the the Pacific Ocean! The size of the suite was also quite large, full size brand new gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker & everything you need to cook & eat with!
The living room was huge & it led out to the large balcony with the breathtaking view! The bathroom was updated & the shower pressure was perfect!
The mattress in my room was so incredible, that at the end of my 1st day, I was going to take a nap at 6pm, & instead woke up at 11:30am the next day!! Part of this trip was to get some serious rest, & this bed was by far the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced! I’ve asked them to find out what “make” it is because I will most definitely buy the same mattress.
I cannot say enough wonderful & amazing things to recommend this phenomenal hotel! I know I will always stay here when I return to Oceanside:)

EEnglishTeacher朱丽叶Location was excellent for concert at Petco Park, took Uber and obviously was longer due to concert influx realized take a lime lite would have been faster. Walking expect 25-30 min and going up hill.
Service was good at check -in , first night found roaches 🪳 under and around fridge area! Went to lobby for possible accommodations , encountered male fair skin and colored eyes, said they were from the weather (🙄) didn’t seem surprised to hear there were roaches in our room, asked if we can switch rooms- he said they were fully booked and didn’t have anything available which I didn’t even see him check. At this point couldn’t find room to check out for the weekend and left as is. Told cleaning lady that evening and she shared a roach spray to spray in infected area. We didn’t not feel comfortable in this environment and left our snacks and food in bags and placed luggage on our beds and desk to avoid roaches from getting in. Additionally had requested towels and when asked for 4 same lobbyist said 4 was pushing it and only handing two towels even though I had booked two double Queen rooms for 8 people!!
Second room has stains on bed sheets and pillows, unsure what exactly it was but looked like blood. Friend got rash on arm and suspected bed bugs, checked sheets and luckily didn’t find any.
Bathroom sink had broken handle that came off when lifted.
Breakfast was good- early hours 7:30-8:30 , doors closed by 8:25 and you cannot take food out. But decent has French toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and juices.
Parking was small but have additional parking below , just have to walk around the corner.

XXIAOJUNThe hotel is generally decent, with parking and breakfast. The room near the side of the road can see the sea view, but the sound of the car is very clear. If you have a bad sleep, it may be affected. The breakfast place is small. When you have a lot of people, you can't find a place. You have to bring it back to the room.
