This hotel is amazing! Just finished our holiday here & we have had a brilliant time! The hotel is very clean, swimming pools are amazing, food is fantastic with a huge variety. We went all inclusive and it was well worth. Do not listen to the bad reviews on this hotel! The only negative is that the tea and coffee in the rooms is not refilled everyday & the bathroom bin was not always emptied. Only small things. The staff are so lovely and work so very hard. Alex on the entertainment was fantastic and so enthusiastic and Sebitas on the waiting staff was so lovely and worked so very hard. If you are looking for a busier area this is not the place, however WE LOVED IT & will be back!!!!

Arrived here on 6 February with my mum for a last minute cheap, all inclusive sun break for 5 nights. Check-in and room Check in was quick but took us a while to find our room as no signs! We were located on the ground floor opposite the children's playground (which was super quiet) the room was big, spacious and exceptionally clean. Maids came everyday to tidy, make beds etc (but didn't change bedsheets or towels but fine as we were only there for 5 nights). No kettle in room and no air con and the rooms do get hot at night. When I queried with reception why there was no air con, she said it was their winter despite it being 24deg the whole time we were there! Pool area The pool area is really nice and clean, no fight for the sun-beds but the pools are freezing (I dipped my toe in and that's as far I went!) please bare in mind you will need 1 euro (in change) for cups for drinks at the pool-side bar (you get this back when you take your cup back). This keeps the pool area tidy and clean and a really good idea. Food The food was hot and had lots of varieties - we never went hungry. All the staff are friendly and keep the food areas clean. Location The hotel is around a 10min drive from the airport and a 25min walk to Costa Tequise town and there is a lovely beach walk to get there. Overall we had the best time, for the price we paid and will return in the future.

Stayed for two nights whilst on vacation exploring Lanzarote, paying a pretty good price for a last-minute booking. The compact hotel is very well located near the centre of Arrecife, on the coast almost directly opposite the Castillo de San Gabriel. There is no parking available at the hotel, although there is a large public 24hr underground carpark near the Arrecife Gran Hotel about a 10-minute walk away (around 30€ for a day and a half). Check in was quick and friendly, despite a late-night arrival. My room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the back streets of Arrecife. The room was comfortable although the décor was perhaps a little old. Good WIFI, but the room had only one free power socket (as the fridge had been unplugged before I arrived). The bed was fairly comfortable, some noise from the street at night, but nothing too loud. My room didn’t have aircon, which wasn’t an issue in October, but maybe an issue in the summer? Breakfast was on the terrace at the top of the hotel giving really good views; and a good selection to food choose from. Overall, a well located hotel to explore Arrecife and the surrounding area, but given the limited facilities at the hotel and lack of parking maybe better for short stays!

Beautiful hotel with spectacular views, clean and complete with everything. Our mini bar was empty but there were 2 bottles of water in the room which we really appreciated.

Feel ripped Off, DID NOT GET ROOM WE PAID FOR. PAID €144 for a room with a Seaview. On arrival found Major road work and traffic redirection outside the front of the hotel. Reception put us in a ground floor rear of the hotel room 116 so we we're not disturbed by the roadworks (which we're finished by 5pm and silent) Room 116 is just about street level on the redirection traffic route and hence very busy with traffic and people until the early hours of the morning. We asked to move to a seaview room that we had PAYED FOR, but told not possible as only there one night. We had little to no sleep and a very poor stale croissant breakfast. Explained this to reception staff on checking out, they we're not interested and just said 'Goodbye'. We asked if they care about their customers and the older male reception staff member said 'No!'. They are mis-selling these rooms and not informing customers of the major road works out front of hotel. We feel ripped off and will never go there again. Anyone considering going to hotel Lancelot, think again and go elsewhere, as they see you as a cash cow and will get plenty more customers THEY CAÑ MISLEAD. Shame on them ! See photos blowout of unclean bathroom, road work and view from our Windows and traffic passing until early hours of the night, hotel Windows offer little noise reduction.

We have just returned from a week self catering in this hotel. First the good point. Nice large room with plenty of storage space and a good sized bathroom. That's it, room furniture looking tatty and broken hinges on the wardrobe doors. The kitchen area didn't have an electrical socket for the kettle, toaster etc. No supplies of washing up liquid, tea towel or washing sponge and conflicting messages from reception and maid service, we only got some after complaining to rep. No hand soap in bathroom and , as above. Bathroom not cleaned properly before we occupied, the waste bin in the bathroom was full of previous occupants rubbish. We had an infestation of cockroaches, with one dead in a glass of water on the bedside table overnight. The room was sprayed and sorted for a few days before they returned. The bedsheets were only changed on the last day. Pool side was clean however, the plastic tables by the sunbeds had moulded in cup holders, these were filthy and ingrained with dirt. The music around the pool was very loud and plenty of people complained to the pool side entertainment people who didn't take much notice and were downright rude. We have stayed in many hotels for many years in varying star ratings and this definitely does not come up to the standard of 4 star and have never stayed in self catering where there have not been basic cleaning items supplied. Definitely not return to this hotel.

I stayed nine nights at SENTIDO Æquora Lanzarote Suites with my husband, our three children (ages 16, 14, and 8), my sister's family (including her children, ages 2 and 1), and our dad. We usually opt for all-inclusive stays in Playa de Los Pocillos annually but have never visited this hotel. We were assigned three junior suites: two on the ground floor near the splash pool and one on the first floor (18 steps up) for my elderly dad and son. I would rate this hotel three out of five stars. This review provides an honest account of our experience. Check-in Experience When we arrived at 8 pm, there was only one staff member at the front desk handling check-ins, so we had to wait in line. The lobby was impeccably clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff member was polite but distracted, frequently interrupted by phone calls and colleagues needing assistance. Soledad, his boss, intervened several times and seemed dissatisfied with his performance. At one point, he disappeared into the back office for over 5 minutes, disappointing after a long day of travelling. Overall, the check-in experience was not very welcoming, and we were underwhelmed when we finally reached our rooms. Room Quality The rooms were excellent—extremely spacious and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, and daily housekeeper service was available. At check-in, we could opt for less frequent housekeeper service if desired. Free Wi-Fi was available in all rooms. However, the air conditioning was not enormously powerful, and the room could have been cooler. I have experienced better air conditioning in other hotels. The room had two sleeping areas, ideal for giving our older son his space. The main downside was the communal open bathroom area, which offered no privacy for toilet use or showers. I had to ask my son to leave the room while showering since dressing had to happen in the open. While we managed, the lack of privacy in the bathroom would not be suitable for travelling with friends or children's friends. It was an unusual setup I had never encountered in a hotel. Customer Service The animation staff at the hotel were exceptional. They tirelessly provided entertainment from early morning until late evening. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the kid’s club and especially loved the mini disco. Enes, who ran the kid’s club, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure all the children had a wonderful time. We are grateful for his efforts and the enjoyable experience he created for our kids. Sadly, the remaining staff significantly impacted my rating of this resort. The rudest staff I have encountered in all my years of travelling. No staff member stood out for their friendliness or effort to enhance our experience. Many were rude and diminished our experience. The resort's size affected the staff, making guests a low priority.
