Wow it's a nice hotel and the beds WOW sunk on them I loved the room because it was so beautiful decorated greys and white my favourite I was politely welcomed by Sam such a lovely person and a great credit to hotel currently improving the buildings but this doesn't effect the stay at all can't wait to visit trust me the beds are some of the best I slept in Thankyou Sam from R sabharwal room 52 stayed 24th to 25th aug 24 I hope to come back real soon people this hotel is great for price and area is good for Kew bridge, Brentford, all majors travel access as well meaning buses

Attend an event on a Sat evening. The catering and the service is decent, but the venue is very out dates. Bathrooms were in an extremely poor and unhygienic state. Women toilets were out of order, and men toilets were not in a great state. Definitely something they should invest in.

I wanted to take a closer look at the hotel as I have a friend visiting from Australia and wanted to take a closer look to see if it would be suitable for them to stay there for two nights before we travel. Unfortunately, I was met with thoroughly unpleasant security staff. Not a good first impression of the hotel. Avoid.
