This hotel is very comfortable. The service staff carefully explained the history of the hotel. The facilities are very good. There is a swimming pool and wet and dry saunas. Remember to bring a swimsuit. However, the hotel is far away from the center of Paris, and famous stores will not deliver the goods there after purchasing. Excellent price quality for Paris. Very friendly and special greeting. Reception staff was extraordinary. Very nice and clean hotel. Maby just a few minor flaws A bit far outside you need to take a cab Uber of metro and de restaurant was good but not special.

The M Gallery Hotel in Issy-les-Moulineaux offers a green setting with a breathtaking view of Paris, offering a relaxing atmosphere. However, our experience with the service and catering was far from perfect. We had to change our plans after a mix-up with our reservation at the 1606 Marguerite restaurant, and unfortunately the promised table outside was not available when we arrived. The service was marked by errors and a long wait to be seated outside. Franck fortunately made up for the situation with his professionalism. Stock problems also affected our stay, with the absence of room service dishes advertised as available 24/7. My €16 cheese plate was disappointing, accompanied by an unseasoned salad and no bread, which is unacceptable for a five star. In short, although the hotel has undeniable strengths with its setting and facilities, there is an urgent need to improve staff training and service management to match the expectations of an establishment of this category.
