Very bad management. Booked 2 nights but due to unexpected medical issues we couldn't attend our booking so I requested to have at least money for one night back but they refused. Very disappointed.

Останавливался на пару ночей в отеле.
+ Номер достаточно чистый, современный телевизор, ремонт в ванной, холодильник работает
+ Неплохое расположение, район отелей и мелкого бизнеса и жилья.
+ Турецкий стритфут или рядом два торговых центра с футкортами.
+ Метро недалеко
- Сантехника при свежем ремонте уже убитая
- Хлипкая входная дверь и высокая слышимость, но после 11 никто не бузил.
- Зубную щетку послали рядом в маркет покупать
- Завтрак не стабильный, в субботу в 8-00 был на троечку, но в воскресение в 9-00 совсем слабый
Вызов такси через приложение может затянуться, много односторонних дорог и плотный трафик. Лучше пройтись немного и вызвать на более спокойной улице.
Общее впечатление на 3-, можно на пару ночей остаться

Rooms seem to be newly decorated, and bathrooms are quite contemporary. Good location, for most main areas and attractions. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be a little more comprehensive, but satisfactory. No doubt return in future…

The place is located right in the middle of best part of Istanbul, but from both the outside and the inside, it looks Scandinavia in style. Errol the manager is very smiling, polite and speak english. I arrived late and my guide to the room was the very pleasant and shareholder Bekir, what a start🤩 Everything is new 😀 the bed is awesome, the jacuzzi is awesome, the toilet is fresh and have dual dush. I am having my teeth fixed nearby and taxis stops right outside, but everything is close by, so I walked back to the hotel after sitting with my mouth open at the dentist for a long time😷 This is a 5 star location for a 3 star price, u wanna choose this place if possible

It was really small and weak air condition,no fresh air at all in my room ,everything renovated but with worse quality ,parking was included but it doesn’t have any parking

Tight room for 3 people, beds are comfortable and good bathroom. The breakfast could have had more variety of fruits and breads. The juice could be natural and the pool could be made available to guests. Great location close to the metro station.

Service 1A, rooms clean, nice and very modern, breakfast delicious, it is the first time that I have felt so COMFORTABLE in a hotel in Istanbul. I will be there again in March with friends. It is very central, the HELPFULNESS is top notch.
