Hotel staff are professional and helpful. Location is also superb. Nonetheless we are disappointed that certain facilities, like the terrace, are closed “in preparation for high season”. There is no swimming pool at this establishment either - while the hotel provides shuttle transport to their other location on the Bosphorus it is at least half an hour bus ride away. This makes it not the best value for the money in our opinion. The famous view of the Blue Mosque is also fully blocked by a taller Seven Hills cafe nearby. You can find better value elsewhere. And don’t go if scenic views or swimming pool are important to you.

Overall, the hotel is located in the old city, so it is relatively small. There are not many places to visit in the hotel, but fortunately, there are popular scenic spots as soon as you go out, which is very convenient. The hotel service facilities are excellent.

Excellent service and great location. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and will even remember your name and say hello. Different desserts and fruits are delivered every night. The only drawback is that the view from the room is not very good, it is a construction site. And the hotel entrance is very small and the driver is not easy to find. We missed it the first time and went back.

In Muslim countries, prayers are held five times a day. When the loudspeaker sounds, it is most disturbing in the early morning. However, they seem to be very conscious, and the volume is slightly lower in the morning and the duration is shorter. The rest of the time, just enjoy listening to music when praying. Every time, there is a live broadcast of prayers in every mosque, playing a long tune as if singing, which is very exotic. Basically, you have to negotiate the price of a taxi, and Grab also negotiates the price. They all charge extortionate prices, so you must negotiate before getting in the car.
