There were staff to help with my luggage when I entered the hotel, but my suitcase was pushed away by other guests when I checked in. laugh. In the end, the customer found out that he had brought the wrong item and sent it back. There were many people in the lobby and garden from morning to night, almost full. The most annoying thing is that there are mold spots all over the bathroom wall, and the tiles have dark patterns that are difficult to see clearly. My only request for a hotel is cleanliness and I hope the hotel staff will take the time to clean it thoroughly. The room and garden are small but beautiful.

The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The atmosphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy

Location is perfect!!. It’s a step away from Hagia Sofia and the blue mosque. The tramway and the subway are also accessible from the hotel. It’s right opposite the popular seven Hills restaurant. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They kept my luggage in storage for free as well when I traveled to another city . I highly recommend this hotel.

1. The hotel is in a good location, with a street behind it, which feels more lively than Nanjing Road in Shanghai and very convenient for dining; 2. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so be sure to prepare them yourself; 3. The room is quite large, with complete facilities and good quality slippers; 4. The rooms facing the road are noisy; 5. The bathroom has no door, so the shower water can easily flow into the room, so be sure to put a towel at the door to block it; 6. Overall, it meets the standards of a five-star hotel, but the rooms facing the road are so noisy that I can't sleep all night, so it's not as good as a small hotel in a quiet place.

Small room with bulky furniture.
Mineral water was given two 135ml cups.
Bedsheets with pilling, low quality bedsheet. Not comfortable to sleep.
Booked for 3 nights but decided to forfeited two nights and booked another hotel nearby.

The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes' walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. The front desk staff are willing to help. The breakfast is also good, and there is a view on the rooftop outside the breakfast room. All in all, recommended!

The breakfast food label did not stated halal turkey ham only shows pasta with ham so we didi not enjoy.
Hope the hotel will label the food correctly as there are so many Muslim guest
Other food serve in the buffet was nice.
The restaurant of the breakfast at level 9 has nice view too.
Location was good and easy to find.
The bus from both airport parked just next to the hotel.
Will stay again of visit Istanbul and will recommend to relatives and friends.

KKasterOne of the staff members was unfriendly and unhelpful. On our first day, we had to wait about 10 minutes at the check-in desk, even though three employees were present. The person who eventually assisted us didn’t even greet us—I said hello, and he simply asked for our passports. Later, this same staff member refused to call a taxi for us. Fortunately, another staff member was kind enough to help and called a taxi.
If you’re traveling with elderly people who can’t walk far and need a taxi directly in front of the hotel, I’d recommend avoiding this place. The streets are very narrow and often crowded, so taxis are reluctant to come. It’s especially frustrating when the hotel staff doesn’t assist with calling one.

JJobi TOverall, the experience was fine. I booked a standard room, which resembles a typical 3-star hotel room, though I believe they offer premium rooms as well. The efficiency of the reception staff varied; some were not up to the mark. For instance, when I asked one receptionist about taking a bus to Istanbul Airport, he responded with, “I have no idea.” It’s surprising that a receptionist wouldn’t know about airport transportation. However, another receptionist this morning was excellent and helped resolve my query effortlessly.(Check out time 13:00, 18.11.2024

Close to the metro station.
The meeting was friendly.
When we had found in our kitchen no forks we ordered but the waiting time to fix the problem was too long.
Additionally, there were no spoons, no wine opener, no hair dryer
The room climate was a little cold.
In the room you can hear noise coming from the street even though we were living on the 27 floor.
Internet connection was unstable.
A bed in the bedroom was 1,4m but on Trip.com was stated that it’s 1,8m
No TV set in the bedroom
Because of the bed size we wanted to move to another room on the day however all the rooms we checked had smoke smell so we decided to stay at the room.
Swimming pool facilities not good. Need to be renovated.
The view from the hotel room was nice.

They front desk was happy to talk to the driver and even helped me confirm pricing. As a single woman traveling I am wanting to take precautions for my safety. The room was authentic and had a comfortable warmth! The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The location is close to the touristy spots with easy access to public transportation! Travelers be prepared, so many things to see and do-be prepared. I enjoyed the exciting hustle and bustle and with help I found my way on the public ferry to check out the other side for a local experience. I truly enjoyed my stay, Thank you Empire Palace
